FOWL ARCHIVES: CLASSIFICATION OF F.O.W.L AGENTS
TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL F.O.W.L INTIATES UNDER CLOSE SUPERVISION BY THE HEAD TECHNICIAN AND INFORMATION DIRECTOR. ALL DOCUMENTS TO BE RETURNED ONE HOUR AFTER DISTRIBUTION.
F.O.W.L agents can be classified into four major groups, although it is said by few that it should be classified into five.
DIRECTORS
The first group is the highest group and F.O.W.L's authority as far as an organization this independent can have authority. They are composed entirely of F.O.W.L agents that have served a minimum of 10 years. The head director, Solo director, Information Director and Prison Director are all ex solo fighters with outstanding achievements in their mission portfolio. The Technical director, Group director and Public Relations director may be chosen at random depending on the experience required.
SOLO FIGHTERS
Is an exclusive close group that is chosen only by means too classified to include into this document. The highest number of solo fighters ever recorded was 43 in the year 1775, but the usual number ranges from 30 as the highest and 10 as the lowest. Due to the rareness of Solo candidates and the high fatality rate Solo fighters are not allowed to engage in missions lower than level 7 unless by direct request to the Solo director.
GROUP FIGHTERS
Easily the largest section of the F.O.W.L, group members are made up of solo members that have quit from the section and random children that have proven themselves exceptional. Training begins at 13 and is completed when one is assigned a group at 18. Groups have a maximum of four members plus a technical adviser. Group members are not allowed to upgrade to Solo fighters. Solo fighters that become group members are not allowed to return. Total number of groups is not allowed to exceed 35 to ensure security.
TECHNICAL ADVISERS
Chosen from people with an IQ no less than 130, candidates may vastly vary from engineers, computer technicians, garage inventors, children or even some with a criminal background if they are kept under close supervision. Because of the scarce number of technical advisers they usually belong to more than one group and solo fighters may approach any available for advice. Technical advisers are not allowed on missions unless under extreme circumstances.
SECRET SERVICE MEN
These are made up of various government- owned spy organisations and are not officially considered as a part of F.O.W.L as they are not autonomous and are subject to report to the current leader of state. Many rumours have spread that this division was added as a way of world governments to gain control of the F.O.W.L. These rumours are true and are included in this document so all members may be wary of spying by afore mentioned organisations. The F.O.W.L will have no information sharing with these organisations unless under strict supervision by all the Directors. Missions may be passed over to the F.O.W.L but it has no obligation to do the same. The F.O.W.L is completely independent of outside influence and funding and owes allegiance only to the human race.
