7:02AM

i was the last one to arrive at st George park, I greeted my teammates and Gareth told me to take a walk around the campus before we left so that's what i did.

i was exiting the indoor ground and was heading to the trophy section which was down by the right near the changing rooms, I whipped out my phone and started scrolling on Instagram which was a bad idea but i just kept walking and scrolling as i feel this small figure collided into me and i also hear a familiar voice that the figure is talking to i assume over the phone, i raise my head to have a look at the person as i see,

Lani.

it was just like seeing her for the first time again, if i could of just taken back the damage i had done to her, trust me i would.

she looked like she was about to burst into tears and i just wanted to hug her and let her rest into my arms but i couldn't because i wasn't her man anymore i was just a boy to her because i fucked it all up just trying to protect her i wish she knew.

i tried talking to her and i saw her eyes glycerine i was so upset that all the pain she was feeling was because of me.

i heard a voice but it wasn't Jude's i knew it wasn't so i peaked my head out of the stalls and saw it was Trent, Trent always fancied me since we first met but we have always been close as well as we are together a lot and grew up with each other.

"i saw you running to the bathroom crying  and i know im not supposed to be in here but i want to make sure my girl is okay" he started a conversation.

"yes trent im okay and thank you" i told him

he came close to the stall i was sitting on the toilet area with the bowl close obviously as i was crying not taking a shit or piss but anyway he sat on the floor next to it and rubbed my legs.

" it was jude innit" he questioned me but i didn't know if i should tell him as i was iffy about it cause i didn't know if he would tell Marcus.

"yes but please don't say anything please tt" i begged as i was already stressed 

" i wont relax man" he laughed then he stopped 

"you're still in love with jude innit" he went quiet waiting for me to repsond

"i dont know trent this whole situation has me all fucked up" i admitted although i didn't speak the full truth as i am definitely still in love with jude and i always think i will be.

Southgate: As most of you guys know we will be travelling over to Qatar but we have also had a issue with the hotel which we have been given an ultimatum which is putting everyone into duo rooms and i do not want to hear no arguments or disagreements about this situation because it adds more stress onto me and the management squad and i would also like to add after the question time we will be heading off, now any questions?.
