Secrets behind closed doors (kazuscara)

The sticky note

(Please excuse the short chapter. I don't have much energy to write right now, but I did my best to keep it going from what I remember! Please understand and thank you!)

Scara rubbed his eyes and stretched, letting out a big yawn. He got up and walked around the house half expecting to find Kazuha somewhere. He got to the kitchen which was the last place he had to look. Kazuha wasn't there but a yellow sticky note was.

"Scara sorry for leaving without saying goodbye T-T. You were sick and asked me to stay but I didn't want to intrude. Text me when you read this so I know you're doing better! Again sorry for leaving byeeeee."

Scara read the note over and over "you asked me to stay," he felt himself go flush. "Why the hell would I ask HIM to stay???" He went back to his room and grabbed his phone quick to text Kazuha,
"Hey, sorry if I was weird yesterday I was out of it since I was sick sorry."
Five minutes pass before his phone lights up a text notification from Kazuha.
"It's fine I figured as much I'll see you in class tomorrow."
He left the text opened and didn't know how to respond.

As Kazuha lay on his couch headphones on he laughed at Scara's text. "I was out of it." He chuckled, "that's an excuse for when you're drunk not sick." He lay there waiting for a text back wondering what Scara's face would've looked like waking up seeing that he had slept holding onto his hand. "He got so worked up over a text, I can imagine his face seeing that he had begged me to stay." Kazuha gave one last look at Scara's text and figured he was to embarrassed to text back so he turned off his phone and went back to his music.

"Im an idiot." Scara shook his head face red from a mixture of emotions. "Who the actual fuck says they were out of their mind BECAUSE THEY WERE SICK?" He sat down on the floor placing his face into his hands. He felt the warmth of embarrassment, his cheek were hot. With a defeated sigh his shook his head mumbling to himself, "you fucked up."
