"Stop moping! Let's go!" Taehyung is busy fastening a dagger he took from the weaponry to the side of his belt. A grumpy Jimin is trudging behind him. He looks back, expecting his friend to be right beside him, but he's all the way back down the hall, taking the smallest steps he can. "Oh, for crying out loud." He runs back, taking it upon himself to get the two of them where he wants to go, and starts pulling Jimin by the wrist. Jimin grabs the corner each time they turn into another entryway. He plants his feet to the floor and pulls away. "Ugh!" Taehyung has to grab onto him with his other hand as well. "You're so heavy..!"

"No..! Taehyung, I'm staying here!" Jimin leans and starts taking a few steps backward, trying to free his hands.

"Not... on... my... wa-AH!" Taehyung's grip slips from Jimin's wrist, and they both hit the floor with a thud. "Look what you did!" He whips his head around to look up and down the hall. "We're definitely going to get caught now!"

"Taehyung." Jimin stands up and bends over, holding his arm out to help him up. "Come on." He urges his hand forward, but instead of taking it, Taehyung whaps it away. He lets out a quiet huff before getting up by himself. "Tae, this just makes me nervous. If Seokjin wanted you to hear, he would have had this meeting here at the castle! He knows you listen."Taehyung holds the sides of Jimin's shoulders and leans forward, creating a serious atmosphere.

"Do you know why I listen?" The young guard looks up, intrigued, but he knows how the prince acts when he's trying to get something he wants. This is it. He grits his teeth. With his eyebrows furrowed from his frustrated expression, he drops his gaze to the side.

"Why?"

"What if something happens to Seokjin?" He doesn't hesitate for even one moment. He's thought through this answer long enough already. "Right? I need to know what he knows." Jimin isn't convinced.

"You're lying."

"He's my hyung."

"So, it's because you're worried, and not just because you're nosy?" Taehyung nods with wide eyes and a slight smile. "I don't believe that for one second."

"He should want this for me!" Jimin scoffs, brushing the prince's hand off and turning around, ready to walk away. Taehyung quickly shuffles forward and grabs the back of his shirt, trying to make him stay put. He hurries to face him. "Really... if something really were to happen and I had to fill Seokjin's role... it would be important for me to know! Come on, Jimin, doesn't that make sense?" Jimin stares at the ground, disheartened and sulky.

"..I-... I don't know... I guess so..."

"Right? Come on." Taehyung quickly pulls on Jimin's arm, turning their course around to continue down the hall. "Follow me." He takes the lead, and once again, Jimin becomes grouchy. To his surprise, the prince moves through the castle with ease, comfortable with a quick pace and confident in his ability to go unnoticed. He rushes down halls and whips around corners fast enough to make his breathing audible, but his glee finally comes to a halt once they make it further up the wing. Taehyung smacks Jimin in the chest, signaling him to stop moving.

"Taehyung- what-" Jimin gets pushed against a wall. His view is completely obstructed; he can't see who or what made the prince stop so suddenly.

"Uh.. ow..." Jimin tries to force Taehyung off, but he gets a nudge to the arm.

"Stop talking." Taehyung's voice has gone quiet, which comes off as quite worrying. He's never sounded so serious before. His smile flips, and the sides of his eyebrows turn downward like he's nervous. Jimin finally adheres and replies in a whisper.

"Tae, what is it?"

"It's Myungjun." Jimin's concern vanishes, as if he never had any in the first place. He discreetly laughs, ashamed that he was so easily convinced that there was something to stress about.
