It was 3:06 and Jay was on a roof waiting for Garmadon's followers who weren't arrested. Four more minutes. Jay thought to himself nervously. Sensei Wu had told him to tell the others about this mission. He didn't. He couldn't. Kai was hardly himself anymore, Lloyd was still healing from all his power being drained, Cole was tried, he hardly ever selpt anymore taking care of the others, and Zane would have told the others. So here he was waiting, by himself.

Bang Bang

Jay felt a sharp pain shoot from his side. He looked to the source of the pain and saw the tip of a bullet on his left side, another on his right arm. He was shot. By who though. He turned around to see a group of twenty maybe thirty people. He couldn't fight. He pulled his mask over his face and stood up. He had to fight.

By the time everyone was gone or hurt he had several severe injuries.he could still walk and was able to badge up the wounds. He started his long walk back to the monastery.

He opened the gate slowly as to not make a sound. He walked faster get to the door, quietly opening it, it was 5:08 and straining started in about 50 minutes. He turned around after going in to shut the door. When he went to turn back around three swords pinned him into place against the door and the lights flicked on. I'm dead. Jay thought as he saw Cole and Kai standing there both with wet hair. They always take a shower at 5:00 you idiot. Jay mental yelled at himself.

"Where were you?" Kai asked, as he pulled the swords out and removed his mask.

"On an early morning ru-" The blue ninja fell forward into Kai's arms.

"Jay you IDIOT!" Cole screamed putting his hand over the bridge of his nose. This clearly woke up a sleeping Zane, and the much younger green ninja.

"I-I'm sorry Cole." Jay said before wincing in pain as Kai tried to put his right arm over his shoulder.

"Jay, I love you but you cannot ever do this again." Kai said scooping Jay off the floor and carrying him to the bathroom.

Cole stood in the door way arms crossed leaning against it for support. "You went to fight Garmodon's army didn't you?" Cold said agitated.

"Babe don't be mad, I was just worried about you guys," Jay paused, "KAI! STOP!" He screamed before Kai pulled his shirt and pants off, he had 7 deep cuts on his right leg, 16 on his left. One that looked like 'L G' shaped on his stomach and a the bullet on his side. His arms weren't too bad aside from the bullet and a few cuts.

"D-Did my father do this?" Lloyd said as he hugged onto Cole.

"Not your father, his supporters." Jay said looking down.

"Love bug it's okay. You're not like him." Cole said rubbing the smaller arm. Zane hugged Cole from behind arms wrapping down to his lower waist, and planting a sweet kiss on his neck before resting his chin on the earth ninjas shoulder.

Lloyd cried as he wrapped his arms around Cole's waist his chin just above Cole belly button. Jay was sitting on the counter next to the double sink. Kai now had gauze, sterile wipes, band-aids, and a needle with thick black stitching thread.

Around half an hour later Jay was straddling Kai while he was carrying Jay. His stomach hurt terribly, as well as his legs and right arm, Zane had already talked Wu out of training for Cole and Jay. Cole had volunteered to take care of the smaller boy while he recovered, he'd plan to train from 10:00 pm until 1:30 am and sleep until 9:00 when Jay got up.

  Throughout the two months Jay took to heal, Cole and Jay had gotten closer, they spent lots of time cuddling, napping, and cooking together. They were closer than ever and Jay could finally start training again.
