NOW BOTH were sitting on the car with complete silence. Lavender was busy peeking outside the window and Andrew drove the car.

She was sitting next to him on the passanger seat with a really big awkward silence around them.

Suddenly, they stopped by the traffic light which turned red.

He let out a sigh and spoke " What's the time?"

"Um... 9:18" she replied.

"Hmm"

There was an awkward silence once again. Both of them wanted to talk to each other but also don't know how to speak.

"Well... About last night... Are you feeling any better?" He asked breaking the silence.

She looked down remembering how hard she cried in his warm and tight embrace.

She nodded in yes. "I.. guess a lot better"

He flashed a small smile at her. "You know what... I will drop you to college from now onwards... You can come back home from bus because I will busy at that time...."

She nodded her head then she heard him say  "Pretty much reserved.. aren't you?"

"Yes.."

He smiled softly at her. "Me too"

She immediately looked up at him with a little shock. He gazed at her... finding her adorable in his eyes.

"Ohh.. I didn't knew" she said in a breathy voice.

He lightly pinched her cheeks.. not able to resist her cuteness.

That made her gave another shock.

She wasn't even trying to act cute.

"What was that for" she asked.

"Nothing... "

The traffic light turned green and he drove forward.

He spoke moving his one hand on the steering wheel "Did you ever wanted this marriage? Not on other's opinion but on yours?"

She looked at him and saw him speaking while looking forward at concentrate on the road.

" I actually never wanted this marriage.... Forget about marriage, i never wanted to be in love.. because whenever I love someone, that person always leave me" she spoke.

For some reason it pierced his heart a little. He loves the person who doesn't want to believe in love.

" I know.. you would never accept as your husband.... Cuz we don't love or each other nor ever wanted this marriage.."

He heard her sighing.

"We can't be couples.. but we can still be kind of like friends"

Those words made her shocked for the third time. "Friends... I never had one in my whole life..."

He chuckled slightly " I want to be your first one..."

He stopped the car finally reaching the destination. He looked at her. "So are we friends?" He extended one hand towards her.

She didn't knew what to do. But her heart and mind was saying to accept his friendship.

She shook her hands with him, which made his heart flutter.

Both of them opened the car door.

She didn't even realise when she reached the college.

"Andrew" she lowly spoke.

"Hmm?"

"You know.. in college everyone hates me.. they bully me to death... Everyone isn't like you to protect me over there..... Um..... you got it what I want to say.."
