Moonlight illuminates the tombstone and The familiar name engraved on it. Once, every child in Eldermar knew his name.

Now he lies there, forgotten, or so it seems. Some people and the impact they had are too important to be forgotten. He was one of them. He was one of the people that you can never truly know.

His polite smile and easy-going nature made you feel at home and safe but there was always an unsettling feeling creeping up on you. A completely irrational urge to run consumed you whenever he got too close. His perfect face pulled you in, till he smiled. Only one human lived, who didn't flinch when he smiled.

She felt it too, the impulse to hide, to run, to save herself. But her ambition always won. He wasn't the only one with a selfish mission.

It's been 15 years since he died but What he started still lives on. If all goes well then maybe, someday his own blood will finish what he started.
