So a therian shift can be of several kinds
Mental shift
A MENTAL SHIFT is When your mind changes with your theryotype (i think)
Phantom shift
A PHANTOM SHIFT is when You can feel paws,ears,tail etc
Dream shift
A DREAM SHIFT is when You dream that you are your theryotype
But obviously there are many more!!!^^
My first shift was a DREAM SHIFT ! ! :)
