After defeating Fuoco and dragging Pulcinella back to the hotel, something changed in P. It felt a kind of excitement during the fight with Fuoco that simply couldn't be explained. Ever since waking up, the puppet saw fighting as a chore. Sure, it was amazing at it, but it never actually took pleasure in the act. Killing puppets never weighed on P's conscious, if you could call it's loose knowledge of feelings that. After all, most puppets were hardly even alive.

Most were hardly alive.

On the way back to the hotel, P took a wrong turn in the winding maze of pipelines and brick wall that is Venigni Works. The puppet found itself face to face with a big blue door with a white triangle painted on. The door also had a peculiar looking lock. A lock on the shape of a triangle, just like what Arlecchino oh so graciously gifted to it. P, still very unarmed, charged a blast of electricity in Fulminus before opening the door.

The inside was disturbing. White granite walls that were weirdly similar to the inside of Hotel Krat surrounded P. The room was hardly lit. Gemini tried his best to shed light, but it was as if the room itself sucked in the light like a black hole. In the center of the room was a triangle painted on the ground with a white chair in each corner. A strange dark pillar protruded from the ground within the triangle's center.

Then, to the far side of the room was a safe. It was so well hidden in the darkness that P almost walked away without inspecting it. Unfortunately, the puppet lacked the good necessary to get in. Also unfortunately, for the safe that is, the puppet before it was an impatient being that recently realized just how strong it is. P placed it's Legion Arm on the front and simply ripped off the safe's door.

Inside the safe was a shiny white stone. More quartz. Geppetto will be glad for that. Underneath it was a neatly folded pile of clothes with a small piece of paper on top of it.

"Blue Blood"

It was, as you would expect, a tailcoat made of blue fabric. It was surprisingly breathable, and fit almost perfectly on P's frame. The clothes were certainly an upgrade to the white shirt and trousers the puppet had been running around in thus far. With some fresh drip acquired, P continued it's slow journey to Hotel Krat since it wasn't sure if the stopwatch given by Sofia would take Pulcinella as well.

---

The next few days were simply a blur. The rush of fighting was starting to get into P's head. Everytime it entered Hotel Krat, it would strike up some small talk, then immediately back to work. After all, it's not like P had much of a choice. It was made to be the opposition to the Puppet Frenzy.

In the search of a cure for the Petrification Disease, P made it's way past Moonlight Town and into the Cathedral.

The cathedral was a breeding ground for a new type of horror. The corpses. Humanoid zombies with putrid, rotting flesh that were aggressive against anything and anyone. Their blood was another form of acid just like what was found in Venigni Works, only far worse because not only was it effective against puppets, but it also ate through weapon durability. Whenever P would attempt to equip a new sword or baton, it would crumble away like dust within a few hours no matter how attentive the puppet was.

Unfortunately, Fulminus wasn't nearly as effective on these new horrors. Electric blitz was the weakness of puppets, not these. They seemed to be weak to fire, which gave P an idea regarding the core of Fuoco. Nevertheless, Legion Arm fighting wasn't enough to win anymore, at least not with Fulminus. A more reliable weapon would be needed.

Conveniently enough, P seemed to have walked ring into the answer.

Alidoro the Hound was a famous man indeed. Not like Venigni however. The puppet billionaire was rather infamous. Alidoro was a treasure hunter that was known not only for his revolutionary findings, but his tendency to help the weak.
