first time parents

It's been a week since  we brought home our baby girl Lilah home and I'm so tired. I was seating on the couch holding her in my arms and watching TV. She was sleeping and Chris was in his room editing the amp video. After while he came out the room and sat by me

Chris:how my girls doing
Y/n:okay she sleeping
Chris:want me to take her to her crib
Y/n:if you want
Chris:I will

He went to take her to her crib and come back with the baby monitor and put it on the side table.

Y/n:I'm so tired baby
Chris:take a nap sweetie I got this
Y/n:are you sure
Chris:yes my love

He kiss my hand and I lay on the couch and feel asleep and then Lilah started cry so I got up then Chris got up first

Chris:baby I got this okay rest
Y/n:okay I love you
Chris:I love you more

I went back to sleep and he took care of Lilah and feed her and stuff

~1 hour later~

  I woke up to see Chris hold Lilah and just look at her with a smile on his face

Y/n:hi baby
Chris:good morning beautiful how did you sleep
Y/n:good
Chris:that good
Y/n:how Lilah
Chris:she good I fed her, burp her and Change her diaper. She feels back asleep
Y/n:okay

I seat up and cuddle up to Chris and all three of us were cuddling up and me and Chris were talking about random baby stuff

Y/n:be a parent hard
Chris:but we got this baby and we have both our parents
Y/n:I know
Chris:so if we need a brack she can stay with one of our parents

I look at him and look at our baby know I want to brake but not ready to hand out baby to our parents yet

Y/n:no her baby
Chris:okay my love
Y/n:I got her you can go rest or do what ever you need to finish
Chris:okay I love you
Y/n:I love you more

He kiss me and went to his room and finish editing the video. For the rest of the day we been switching out so we both can rest or do want we want to do or finish doing.
