Chapter 6: Dont tell!!

Dayna again. She really needs to update. start updating.

On my way to the park

I walked down the street. Man, its like 100 degrees out. It did n't stop me from going.

I stop by Starbucks and get me an iced coffee. I then left and kept walking. I walked by an Alley.

I looked in it. No one there. I kept on walking. I felt someone behind me. I turned around. No one. I sighed and continue walking.

The park

I see Jenn. I don't really wanna tell her, 1. She might get hurt, 2 . She might think I'm crazy.

I throw my cup in the trash. Jenn didn't notice me she was too hypnotized by her phone.

I clear my throat. "Hi, Jenn." I wave.

Jenn looks up. "Hi, Gab. What's going on?" Jenn asked.

"Oh, I just wanted to hang out with you." I lie.

"Really?" Jenn asked.

"Really?" I mocked. "Duh." I said.

I grabbed Jenn hand and we started to walk down the path. I really wanna tell her.

We go all the way in between the trees. I get a message. It says from 'unknown number'.

The message said: You dare tell your friend? If you do tell her, she will have a really bad life. I would say you, but you are already going through it. -- R

I jump in fear. Jenn turns to me.

"You okay?" Jenn asked concernly.

"Uh....sure, Yeah I am." I said lying.

"Why are you lying?" She asked.

"Huh?" I asked.

"Don't 'huh' me, you know what I mean." She said.

"I don't understand." I said.

I hope she doesn't know.

"You're lying to me. I know you are. Were best friends. What's going on? If you don't tell me the truth I'm leaving." She confronted me.

Whoa. I have to tell her.

"I'm afraid if I tell you he or she will hurt you." I said trying to convince her.

"It doesnt matter. Now tell me." She said angerly.

"Ok, you really wanna know?" I asked.

"Yea, you better not lie." Jenn said.

"Well, as you know me and Kian broke up. He said 'breaking up with me was a BIG mistake, I'll have you regret it' something like that. Yesterday I woke up last night my room was messy and stuff. I got up and looked around. My window and closet door open. I closed both of them. The floor was warm like someone was standing above me and watched me as I slept. I found a piece of paper. The name was 'R'." I said out of breathe.

Jenn looked at me weirdly. I got the feeling she thought I was crazy.

"I knew you wouldn't believe me. Now R is after you." I said crying.

"No,don't cry. I believe you." Jenn said wiping my tears.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"100%. Is R really after me?" She asked.

"Yes." I said.

"We can kick his or her booty." Jenn laughed.

I put a fake smile on.

"We have to tell our boyfriends." Jenn said.

"No, please." I begged.

"We have to. Don't lie to them." She said.

She was right.

"Ugh, fine." I say.

Jenn hugged me.

"I'll see you at 6, okay?" She asked.

"Yes." I say.

She hugged me once again. I walk back home. I called Ricky.

Ricky=P Me=M

P: Hey beautiful.

M: Hi.

P: What's wrong?

M: I need to tell you something important....

P: Ok babe. I'm here.

M: I think someone wants to kill me. He or she name starts with a R.

P: Wow. Babe, I'm going to protect you. To prove it. I'll take you on a date .

M: Sounds good.

P: I love you.

M: Love you more. Bye.

P: Bye.

We disconnected. I go to my steps. I first look into my window. I see a shadow. It kinda looked like a girl shape.

I unlock door and tip toe to my room. I open my door. I look around. I see nothing. Everything is the way I left it.

I actually thought I caught R but I didn't. I go sit on my bed. I close my eyes and go to sleep.

6:10 in the evening

My phone rings. I look at the time and go crazy. I answer my call. Its Jenn.

Jenn= J Me=M

J= What happened to 6?

M= ugh. I'm so sorry. I fell asleep.

J= Well get up, You're spending the night at my house.

M= ok?

J= ok.

We disconnected. I get dressed and pack some stuff. I told my mom and head to Jenn's house.

As I go. I get a text from 'unknown number'. I check it.

The message said: You told her. Now she will suffer. I over heard her say it to her boyfriend. Then you say it to your boyfriend. Wow. You think your smarter than me? Well you're not. I'm always 1 step ahead of you. Kisses - R

How does R know about all of this? What in the world. I have to get to the bottom of this. And I can't do it alone.
