Yuu, in his usual sheepish manner, admitted, "I think something blew away my lid."
The man, who appeared to be in charge, responded with an stern tone, "It seems that in the end, the main issue is this familiar. If you brought him here, then look after him responsibly."
He then realized they were running out of time. "Oh! It wasn't the time for a lengthy walk. If we don't go, we'll miss the opening ceremony. Come, come, we're going."
Both (Name) and Yuu, not willing to be rushed, stopped the man and asked, "Before that, who are you?"
The man turned to look back at them and noted, "Oh? Are you not fully conscious yet? I wonder if, perhaps, your memories are in disorder because of the space transportation magic..." He shrugged, which only irritated (Name) further. "Oh well. It happens a lot, after all. I will explain to you two as we walk. I am kind, after all."
With an eye roll of annoyance, (Name) nodded, and the trio began to make their way toward the courtyard.
Once they entered the courtyard, the man cleared his throat and began to enlighten them about their surroundings. "This is 'Night Raven College,' a place where magician eggs with exceptional talents gather, Twisted Wonderland's most prestigious magician training academy. And I am the headmaster supervising this academy under the board chairman, Dire Crowley."
Yuu felt a sense of relief upon hearing the man's name but remained deeply confused. He stammered, "Ma...magician? Ni.. Colle..?"
Crowley provided further explanation, "The only ones who can enroll in this school are those with excellent qualities as a magician, the ones who have been approved by the 'Mirror of Darkness.' The chosen ones are called into this academy through the 'door,' from all over the world. In your case, too, surely a black carriage carrying a 'door' came to pick you up."
