After a long and fun day, I slouched at my desk exhaustedly. Though that slight relaxation ended as soon as it started, as I sprang up in my seat with excitement. Grabbing my diary, I began to write a new entry:

July 17 2023
Dear diary,
Today I went to the beach with my friends Jisung and Jeongin, along with my boyfriend Minho. We swam in the refreshing water, and played in the hot sand. Minho even threw me into the water! After that, all of us ate delicious watermelon while talking about anything that came into our minds. It really was a therapeutic moment for me. The day past unfortunately fast, and on my way back home I thought long and hard. I'm so grateful to have such amazing people by my side. In my opinion, I think that my friends and I were destined to meet. So whatever happens, I know we will always find our way back to each other! If only today could last forever.

I shut my diary and locked it into my cabinet. Soon after, I got into bed. Cuddling into the warmth of my blanket as my mind drifted off rather quickly.
