After they had trained, they took a rest.
You smiled, knowing that victory was going to be yours, and the new world order will soon be given birth.
Y/N: The time will soon come, Remnant. And when it comes, your old rulers shall vanish, and I shall live on as your new overlord.
You continued to watch as Remnant was going further into chaos.
Just then after, Karla had returned to your castle.
She rushed over to you.
Karla: Master, I have managed to destroy most of Adam's followers.
Y/N: I suppose the rest escaped?
Karla: Yes, Master. I'm sorry I wasn't able to silence them all.
Y/N: It's fine. They were simple minded weaklings who should have known by now.
Karla: Thank you for your forgiveness, Master.
Y/N: You are utmost welcome.
Karla went off to rest.
Y/N: I wonder if Diao Chan is available yet? I would love to have some mother and son time with her.
You went off to ask Lu Bu about Diao Chan.
He was in the dungeon ensuring Cinder does not even try to bail out.
She was easily scared of his imposing look.

He looked over to you and saluted in respect.
Lu Bu: Ah, Lord Y/N. Is there anything you wish to ask me?
Y/N: Is Diao Chan available yet? I was going to rest with her after the long meeting I just had.
Lu Bu: I believe so. Would you like me to escort you to her?
Y/N: Yes, please.
He nodded.
He then turned his head to Cinder.
Lu Bu: Do NOT come out of this cell, unless you have your assignment.
Cinder nodded.
You and Lu Bu went to the resting quarters to see Diao Chan.
Lu Bu: Diao Chan. Lord Y/N wishes to see you.
Diao Chan: You may bring him in.
You went in and walked towards her.
Diao Chan: Son.
Y/N: Mother.
She caressed your face and noticed you felt tired.
Diao Chan: You must be exhausted after having that meeting. Would you like some rest?
Y/N: Yes. I feel like I deserve some after that meeting.
Diao Chan: Then feel free to rest your head upon my lap. I shall watch over you.
And so you did. You laid your head on her lap and closed your eyes.
