Tanya the leader of Hydra

A meeting with the secretary!

(Hydra Colorado).

"Comfortable miss Romanoff." A mysterious voice says with an icy tone.

Natasha was confused last thing she remembered she was fighting in the berlin airport against that hydra agent then she blacked out. 

"w-where am I?" She asks while trying to get her bearings.

"Ah how rude of me." The mysterious person says putting a hand on their chest." You are in Silverton Colorado." 

Silverton Colorado? Natasha realized she had been transported over 1000 miles away form where the other avengers are. 

"What about my friend?"

"You mean that guy in the panther armor. He is fine I assure you. He serves  no purpose to my plans but you however my dear do." The mysterious person says who Natasha figures out is a female and she faintly makes out the persons gold hair. However as her vision continues to return to her she makes out the woman with brown hair. With horror Natasha finally realizes where she is. 

"Welcome to Hydra Natasha Romanoff. I have great plans for you." The woman says flashing a devilish smile and a glare that made her blood run cold.

(2 days later).

news broadcast: THE RENAGADE AVENGERS ARE STILL AT LARGE. YESTERDAY CAPTAIN AMERICA BROKE INTO  THE RAFT AND FREED HIS ACOMPLISES AND HE ALONG WITH NATAHSA ROMANOFF ARE STILL AT LARGE. ANY INFORMATION REGARDING ANY OF THE ROUGUE AVENGERS WILL BE WELL REWARDED.

Tanya stood up and turned the radio off. 

"Ah I love it when our plans come together." she says while doing a small twirl while flashing one of her grins as she returns to her seat. " Major zemo you have done well to destroy the avengers initiative now we can finally solidify hydras power just as Schmidt dreamed.  

"I assume you have a glorious plan like always mam." Visha says turning to face the young leader of Hydra.

"You know me to well Field marshal sereberyakov." She says while pulling up her plan on a nearby screen.

"With operation knockout's success we have divided the avengers this will make it easier to deal with them. We have the added bonus of Black widow's capture this will help us in our bargain." 

"Bargain with whom mam." One of the shock raid commanders asks with a raised eyebrow.  

"The UN Secretary of state ross." 

All eyes bulged at Tanya's declaration

"THE UN GENERAL SECRETARY ARE YOU MAD." A general explodes

"IM IN AGREEMENT WITH GENERAL RYKER THIS IS SO STUPID MAM. IT BOARDERS ON INCOMPETENCE ." Another general says 

Tanya stares at the protesting generals fixing them with an icy glare before pulling out her pistol. Visha closes her eyes as two gunshots are heard.

"I had assumed you all were aware of the precautions I've taken since I became Hydras leader. It would appear I was mistaken." She says with a tone that made every officer in  the room sweat as a chill begins to run down their spines.

"However I trust the rest of you are aware of my precautions." She says while putting her gun away and returning to her chair.

"Yes mam." They all say nervously.

"Good. Commander Schneider contact the UN secretary tell him we have news on the avengers."

"Yes mam." He says snapping to a salute.

After about 3 hours waiting Ross appeared on the main screen as Tanya turns to address him. 

"Greetings secretary ross." She says turning her chair to face the screen pressing her hands together while she crosses her legs.  

"who are you." Ross says giving her a skeptical look.

"Who I am is nothing of consequence to you sir. However I have intel you would be most interested in." She says gesturing to her two guards who proceed to drag a young woman in combat gear into the room. 

"I believe you were looking for this woman." Tanya says grabbing widow by the collar of her shirt. 

"how did you capture her." Ross says failing to hid the shock from his voice.

Tanya could not hide her smirk form her face cause she knew she had ross trapped. 

"Let's just say ross my men have technology and tactics that make shield look like a child's  preschool." 

"What do you want." Ross says still somewhat skeptical. 

"Simple if you want I can have my forces Aid the UN in capturing the rogue avengers."

Ross was reluctant to take this woman's offer. However she had captured widow and that was an accomplishment beyond what his current forces had done.

"I have some terms Before I agree to this." 

"Name them." Tanya says gesturing for visha to write the terms.

"Firstly your unit will be attached to the joint terrorist task force. However your sole mission is to only hunt the avengers and you must report to me every day on your plans." 

"Agreed." 

"The final term is. You must aid us in peacekeeping missions to stabilize a country if a crisis occurs."

"Certainly Secretary ross isn't that what we all want in the end a peaceful world order with chaos contained. I will also be keeping widow for the time being." 

"she is a fugitive of the United nations you will hand her over to us or-"

"Of course if you want her back. By all means try to take her back but won't that just push me to aid those you are hunting down instead. I don't help  corrupt inefficient organizations  secretary ross.  I have way to rehabilitate prisoners to help my organization." She says flashing ross a grin that made his blood run cold.

Ross wanted to protest but he couldn't the offer was to valuable and he Knew that she was most likely serious about helping the avengers if he tried to take widow by force. 

"Very well I accept your terms umm." 

"Tanya Degurechauf Grand general Tanya Degurechauf of the Strategic chaos containment force." 

Ross would come to regret ever making that deal with the devil. Or pushing for the sokovia accords.
