The leaves haven't even fallen yet, and I am dying to get my costume ready. I am thinking of being maybe a hot nurse, or a preppy girl. It doesn't matter to me, (saying I was the one of the Powerpuff girls last year) so I might just let Haddie pick.
"Nurse, or a preppy cowgirl?" I say showing her a picture of both.
"Probably a preppy girl. Oh my gosh! I could be a emo girl!" She replied. The one thing about Haddie that I loved was that she always would do crazy things for attention, which most people hate about her, and they like her looks, which she's not even that attractive.
"Yeah, sure. But we have to get this list finished before we even plan." I said.
This was our list:
1. Drink a gallon of apple cider
2. Go to a Pumpkin patch/orchard
3. Carve a pumpkin
4. Jump in leave pile
5. Kiss a boy
All of these things we do every year, expect kiss someone. It was a new edition.
"I don't wanna drink the cider. It's for you only." She put her hands up, to show that I could pig myself out. I laugh for like, a Milla second.
"Fall is sorta dumb," Haddie started, "The leaves fall, so they call it fall? Dumb. Same for spring." She was more of a summer fan.
I was reading a book called "The Summer I Turned Pretty" and trust me, all summer is, is trouble. And I had learned that this summer. Terrible.
