6: Jealousy

                      -Muichiro's POV-

I was very happy this morning. It had been about two days since Tanjiro and I did it but I was still so happy. There was certainly only me who had seen him make these kinds of expressions and certainly only me who could have touched him or kissed him like that. This idea made me smile.

Tanjiro: You're smiling a lot this morning! What are you thinking about ?
Muichiro: To your red, sweaty body begging me do not do a 3rd round.
Tanjiro: I...!

He turns red like a tomato.

Tanjiro: It's because you wanted to do this third round that even after 2 days my ass still hurts!
Muichiro: It didn't bother you too much on the moment.

Tanjiro: I'm going to practice.
Muichiro: Okay, I'm going for a walk.
Tanjiro: Where are you going?
Muichiro: In town with Mitsuri.

His face stops smiling and he stares at me as if he's checking something.

Tanjiro: Oh okay? And what are you going to do?
Muichiro: Don't mistake she only wanted to buy ingredients for Sakura mochis and like there are a ton she wants to make, she wanted me to help her carry everything.
Tanjiro: I see. And then what will you do ?
Muichiro: I'm going to go back to the butterfly domain and come watch you practice.

He gives me one of his secret smile.

Tanjiro: Okay! See you later then.

He hugs me, kisses me on the forehead and leaves.

I'm going to join Mitsuri at the exit of her estate and we're heading into town.

Muichiro: You will need a lot of ingredients?
Mitsuri: No, it's just the quantity that will be large! Otherwise~ how's it going with Tanjiro~??
Muichiro: Good.
Mitsuri: After what you told me last time I imagined you would be more talkative!

The last time I came to see her, she had taken a packet of chips and a pile of pastries then listened to me unpack lots of things with a smile. That kind of moment still makes me happy but I don't want her to know. She would give me such a big hug that I might lose my life!

We went shopping and she wasn't lying, the bags are super heavy! We dropped them off at her house and she got straight to cooking. A Mitsuri who eats I would believe it but I didn't know that she also knows how to cook. Well, seeing how when she rolled up her sleeves the old lady came running I think she can't after all.

I jumped slightly and headed towards the butterfly domain. I ran into Shinobu who told me where Tanjiro was.

I arrive and what do I see? I don't even know what her name is anymore but MISS allows herself to caress Tanjiro's arm! And she adds more! A little embarrassed laugh, and then she starts touching him again!

Muichiro: What is that bitch doing now ?

She places her head on Tanjiro's chest, raises her head and places her HANDS on his cheeks!

It was the last straw.

                      -Tanjiro's POV-

I was training when I saw Kanao arriving. She seemed to be a little stressed but said hello to me. I respond with a smile then sit down next to her.

Tanjiro: OUCH!
Kanao: Is everything okay Tanjiro?!

I had forgotten that my ass still hurt. I get up and she does the same.
