Val's Pov:
I wake up to hear Sidney's phone ringing, if you didn't know we're roommates "Hope you enjoy the movie" Sid says as i walk in.
"Are they still calling?" I ask from the doorway as our other roommate Hallie comes in "Time to change numbers again?"
"No it'll die off, it's opening weekend we'll see how it goes" She says standing up "Ok" Hallie says while turning on the tv.
I'm putting on some mascara as i hear Cotton Weary's new interview "Hey move your ass your late, now don't you forget about that routine tonight at the delta zadas"
Hall sits down next to me as Sidney says "I don't know if i'll be able to make it guys" Now this makes me look up from what i'm doing.
Sid needs this more than any one she's just been hanging around the same people, i know she's still shaken up after the whole killings but that was a year ago.
"What?!" I say "Nah you don't even try to bag ok? Because you promised us" "A vague promise at best" Sid walks out the room as Hallie grabs my hand as we stand up.
"Well nobody asking you to join ok? It's a party, free beer, meet the girls" "Hallie you know me and organized religions" "It's a sorority house" I pipe up.
"Even worse" Hall looks at me "Look Sid just lower the walls for the next few days ok? This self induced isolation you got goin' it's not healthy"
Now i agree on that "I'm fine" Nope she's not "I'm fine" I mock "Yes i know i'm fine is tightly written across your face" "Check out the news" Some girl who totally came out of nowhere said.
Me and Hallie make our way inside to see what's going on. We see that two kids at our school have been killed at the new preview of Stab.
"Where's Randy?" "He's got film theory this morning" I say watching the news as Sid walks away again.
I stay inside with Hall "Is she going to be ok?" I look over at Hallie "I'm going to honest i don't know Val, i mean you went through the same shit and your fine"
"Yea but you know people handle things differently" I say as she nods her head in agreement.
I wonder if the boys had something to do with this?
