I was sitting on the top of the stairs as Derek was talking to Scott, I wasn't paying attention, until Scott was in pain.

'It's just a lesson, Just a lesson.....'

I then get up from the steps and go home.

I wake up and go to school, I see Alison and hear her say it's her birthday, luckily I just got a stuffed dog for no reason, in particular, I just like stuffed animals.

I walked up to her and said,

"Happy birthday Ali"

She looked at me weirdly but accepted the plushie.

"If you wanna know something? I'm turning 17 tomorrow so, you're not alone..."

She smiled at me and I walked off.

After school I went to Derek's house, We didn't get to bond when he and Scott fought because he got shot, and things came up.

So we finally got to get her and instead of going out, we did exercise.

Pull-ups, crunches, push-ups, etc.

I was on the stairs doing handstand pushups when both I and Derek paused. We both heard footsteps, smelling unfamiliar Sentra, and seeing them as a threat, Derek and I hid.

They burst down the door, and they tried to aggravate us out of hiding by claiming they killed Laura, saying how she howls like a bitch as they cut her in half.

To say we were made was an understatement.
Derek threw away one of the guys, we both jumped out and I kicked the other guy. As Derek charged at the woman he got tased. I tried to help him she tased me as well.

She was talking about wether to kill us or not, luckily I wasn't in my battle form so to her I looked like any o their wolf with icy blue eyes, fangs and claws.

Me and Derek tried to get up, but she would tase us again. She told us a 'secret', she told us that liras death was used to draw him out. But they didn't kill Laura.

We listened to her heart beat...,

It was a steady pace,, which meant two things.
1. She's telling the truth
Or
2. She's a very good liar.........

"We found bite marks on your sister, Derek..."

I was shocked I knew what that meant. That bother werewolf killed Laura......

Lura and me weren't really close as Derek and I are. But non the less she was like a sister to me.

When the woman who, if I remember correctly, is Alison's aunt turned around me Derek and I sprinted out of the house into the woods, her firing a gun and trying to shoot us.

I offered Drek to stay with my family, but he declined saying it would be to dangerous for me and my family.

"If they find out what you are, you and your entire race will be hunted again.... and I'm not going to let me being at your house. Be the cause of your death..... I'll find a place, just go home ok?"

"Will I see you again?"

"Of course, you will, my 'big' sister after all"

"Giggle ok.... Bye.... Big Brother......."

I smiled remembering the conversation we had before I left. And soon I went to bed, completely forgetting the parent and teacher conference.

But it's not like I needed to worry about anything, I had straight A's, but I have a feeling that grade will go down when more werewolf business appears.....
