The year was 1636, in a town called Sola in a small country called Valoria and a 16 year old girl named Olivia, was shopping in the market with her older brother, George who was 22 years old.
"Dear Brother, Keep up. Mother will be mad at us if we don't hurry." Olivia says to her brother.
"Well if you would sl-" George cut himself off. "Olive?" he says to Olivia.
"Yes, George? What is it?" She asks him.
"The Prince has come down to market." he tells her silently.
Olivia looks over to see Prince Atticus, the Prince of Valoria. Suddenly, Olivia notices he's walking over to her. He stops right in front of both of them. Olivia does a curtsy to the prince and George bows to the prince.
"Afternoon, My lady." The Prince says kindly to her.
"Afternoon, Your Royal Highness." She says back to him
"I would like to invite you and your family to a ball in the palace, tonight. would you like to come?" He asks her.
Olivia looks at George then back at the prince. She nods her head yes.
"Very well, I shall see you tonight, Miss?" he says to her.
"Olivia. Olivia Jane Thompson, Your Royal Highness." he tells back to him.
"Miss Thompson." he says then gives a bow and walks away.
Olivia and George both look at each other in confusion.
"Olive, are you sure about this? I mean a ball in the palace? do you even have a dress to wear?" He asks Olivia.
Emily, Olivia's best friend comes running up to George and Olivia.
"Olivia! Olivia! I just saw what happened and I have the perfect dress for you!!!!" Emily says trying to catch her breath.
"Okay, Em breath and repeat everything you just said." Olivia said to Emily.
Emily breathes in and out.
"Sorry, anyway. I saw everything that happened and may have overheard somethings-" Emily says before getting cut off by Olivia.
"Emily!" Olivia Yells quietly.
"Viv! there could have been drama but clearly not. So, I have so many dresses at my house and I think I have the perfect dress for you tonight!" Emily says excited.
"Em, I have to get home. I don't even know if I'm going to go." Olivia says Calmly.
"Olivia, you'll have fun, I promise. plus I'll be there." Emily says.
Olivia looks over at George.
"George if I go, you're coming with me." Olivia tells him.
"Alright, but your talking to Mother about it." George says back to Olivia.
"Okay, Emily, let me talk to my Mother about it." Olivia turns to Emily and says to her.
