𝐘𝐎𝐔 and 𝐓𝐀𝐘𝐋𝐎𝐑 were the 'it' couple of 2016-2022. Everybody loved you, no one could deny how cute you were. The downside? It was PR. Your new album just came out and Taylor just came off tour, according to both your management teams, both of you needed it.

It was only supposed to last a couple weeks, weeks turned into months and months turned into six whole years. When the media responded so positively to your relationship, your publicists thought it would be best to keep it going. So that's what you did.

It was no surprise you and Taylor grew closer over the years despite not having met prior to your meeting with her and her team back in 2016. It was bound to happen if you were shoved to be cuddling in public every few months.

At first, you hated not being able to be with anyone you actually wanted. Of course you found Taylor attractive, how could someone not? But you were forced to be with her, it wasn't her fault. You were annoyed that you had to do that.

In 2022, your contract ended. It was put in the media that you and Taylor weren't together anymore. You didn't have to live under the same roof anymore, you were free. Of course, that's not how you felt. You grew feelings for Taylor. Non-platonic feelings.

You never told her. You were 'together' six years, and you never told her your true feelings. Most days, she really did feel like your girlfriend. So much so that you didn't even need to tell her your true feelings because you felt they were obvious.

Taylor was practically forced out your house by her publicist and neither of you even got to say goodbye. This was probably worse than an actual breakup. She was your best friend. Your everything. Now everything was over because of a contract? You were so mad. Everyday for the last six years, you'd come home to Taylor and her loving grasp. You hated to say it but; you fell in love with her.

Then, Grammys came around. It was a few months after you'd broken up, those months you spent sulking and destroyed after losing your best friend. It didn't help that you were nominated for 'Best Pop Duo' for a song Taylor released on her album Red (Taylor's Version) that you recorded together.

The fans were going crazy, especially when you and Taylor were nominated for the song. Although it wasn't her fault for your 'breakup', it still hurt how she just ghosted you completely. She just left without warning and didn't talk to you again. You gave up sending her texts a week after she left. She didn't respond.

You didn't wanna go to the Grammys, but you went anyway since you decided that you weren't gonna let Taylor and her antics affect how big of an award this was. You only communicated about it through your publicists, which was so much easier on you, however, not so much easier for Grace, your publicist.

As you walked the red carpet, you could feel the eyes of the paparazzi following you. You knew that your breakup with Taylor and the song would be a major topic of conversation. But you decided not to let it bother you, no matter how hard that ended up being.

You wore a gorgeous custom Versace dress, the dress fit you like a glove, the gold fabric reflecting the warm light of the room. The v-neckline drew attention to your decolletage, the intricate embroidery around the hem of the dress only adding to the elegance of the piece. The fabric flowed around your curves, every movement of your body causing the dress to move and sway in sync.

That's where you practically ran to once you got inside. You grabbed a drink, vodka coke. Taylor got you into them-- minus the fact you'd always argue whether or not diet coke and normal coke tastes the same, and you hadn't had anything else since.
