So that was "Spooky Scary Monster Month", Sam & Robin's halloween EP.
We called it "Spooky Scary Monster Month" because that's what October is. And also, when I was a child, I would watch an old channel called Noggin and a frequent promo that showed would say, "October is Spooky Scary Monster Month, only on Noggin." They did that for a while on Nick Jr too, then stopped for unknown reasons.
