*5 days later*
I got released early because I recovered quick I had an idea of going out instead of going home.
*20 beers later*
Holy shit I'm so drunk I call jack Johnson to come pick me up

Jack: the fuck Hayes aren't you in the hospital?
Hay: I gut out earlier today I drank til drunk

*skip car ride*
I walk in side and this ugly fat ass bitch jumps on me

The next thing I know Mia is on on the floor crying in pain
What happened? Mia gets up and grabs max and tries to leave put I take her neck and push her agents the wall choking her while I am holding max in front of her swinging him around.
*mia pov*
I can't breath! Hayes is choking me
Jack walks in because he hears a lot of banging and sees Hayes choking me and swing max. Jack wraps his arm around Hayes neck and it only makes Hayes grip even tighter! Jack wanks Hayes back and he lets me go and I quickly grabs max and run! The next thing I see are cop car lights and I wave my hand to get their attention!
Cop: what's the matter?
Mia: inside quick
They walk in side and see that Hayes is about to stab Johnson! The cops walk in and says "put your hand up where I can see them" then they hand cuff him and say "what ever you say will be held agent you in court" and they put him in the car and drive away!
Jack: are you and max okay?
Mia: yea! How are you?
Jack didn't answer but he looks at my funny!
Mia: what?
Jack: your neck
Mia: I know
Jack: come to my place
Mia: Kay
Jack drives me to his and gilinskys place to stay for a while.
