Then came by Military who is searching and investigate the backrooms

They make sure they cover up this story so It can't show the public

But deku found out and got the tape and headed to UA

But he got the fake one

The real tape was actually the hands of the government

But that was taken by Eri's sister as she was investigating her little sister's disappearance

Again she got a fake one too

The actual real tape was hands of the government and pentagon so no one will get leak it

In an unknown level of backrooms

With Eri

She got injured by the Howler

but she was in an unknown part of the backrooms she was hurt, tired, and hungry and slowly going insane

In Real World

Australia has fallen because of virus outbreaks there

Then many many nations begin to collapse

Missing posters for ERI Started popping up

Meanwhile with Ford

Ford sees the news

but as she find the last door to exit it turns out that all exits are fake and she go insane

and they both ended up in THE BACKROOMS but they can escape IF they find Eri
