I don't remember what happened. I remember falling asleep on the couch and next thing I know, I'm in the middle of what looks like a training grounds. They looked pretty familiar. I looked up and saw what looked like a giant clock tower. Instead of numbers, it had strange symbols. I think back to try to see how I got here.
Flashback
'So when will you guys be back?' I asked as my dad helped my mom put her coat on.
'We should be back by 11, I trust that you can keep the house in one peice while we're gone.' He said as he raised a brow playfully
I roll my eyes and giggle. ' I'll be fine, Dad, I'm 18, remember?'
' I remember, you don't have to keep reminding me.' He said as he ruffled my hair and kissed my forehead.
'We're leaving you a little bit of money in case you wanna order take out. Don't stay up too late, okay?' My mom said as she kissed my head as well.
'Gotcha!'
'We love you, see you later.'
' Love you too, bye!'
As soon as their car pulled out of the driveway, I dove on the couch and grabbed the remote and turned on the tv. I immedietly connected to the internet and search an anime site I had been using. I had gotten into this older anime called Saint Seiya and it was really good, they even had several different adaptions of it.
'Man, I wish I could be a saint. Even though its dangerous, meeting the saints sounds cool.'
I ordered pizza and watched a few episodes, around 10:30, I started getting tired. Too lazy to go to my room, I just passed out on the couch, dreaming of Saint Seiya.
Flashback over
My eyes widen. There's no way, right? There's no way that could possibly happen. Isekai is only something that happens in anime. I dust myself off and decide to get my bearings. The more I walked around, the more I could tell that I was no where near close to my home. Where I was exactly, I have no idea, though it looked vaguely familiar.
I then hear a bell ring, I turn back to the clock tower. It appeared to read midnight, but that's not what grabbed my attention the most. Going up the mountain side, where several large buildings. I counted 12 total, 13 with the one sitting at the very top. These I recognized for sure. Unless this was some insane dream, then those were the twelve temples of the zodiac from Saint Seiya, the anime I was watching before I fell asleep.
"No, no, no. Not possible, this is just a dream, yea, a dream." I pinched my self in the side as hard as I could, and as I feared it hurt a lot. "Ok, not a dream, not a dream." I could feel myself starting to panic. Yes, this anime was my newest obsession, but I didn't want to be ripped away from my parents! I began to hyperventilate. What would happen when my parents got home and can't find me? I hate the thought of never seeing them again, or anyone from home.
I feel the pressure in my chest building and I feel like I can hardly breathe. The world felt like it was spinning and I couldn't see straight. The pressure was getting worse and next thing I know, the boulders nearby exploded and I hit ground.
The pressure in my chest was gone, but so was all of my energy. As I lay on the ground fighting to stay awake, I faintly hear the sound of footsteps running. That was all I was able to hear before I lost consciousness. Whatever happened after that, maybe I would find out later, if I woke up.
