Maple the Boss: Monster. Compared to say Mii or Payne, Maple is a bit more fun and silly of a guild master. Which is a little breath of fresh air when lined aside Payne or Mii. Dubbed by Megan Shipman who voices Anya in Spy x Family. Some of her moments in the fourth event were absolutely terrifying. Like her walking calmly through hundreds maybe thousands of traps towards flame emperors. If I was in their shoes I'd be petrified seeing someone calmly walking through so many traps like a boss.
Maple Tree Guild as a whole: In a word, Monsters. Each one are powerful in their own right. Some are real forces of nature, others are just plain scary.
Sally the PvP Maniac: dubbed by one of my favorite voice actresses, surprisingly despite most of my favorite characters in the series this voice actress is part of this one isn't my favorite character. Sally's a great friend I do enjoy the back and forth between Sally and Frederica. I do hope to see more pvp moments of Sally should a third season be green lit.
Kuromu/Chrome the Zombie: I was a little surprised that he would actually be the player to slingshot Maple after introducing her to Iz into recruiting such fascinating characters for Maple Tree.
Iz the crafter: Very sweet but also likes to sometimes poke fun at Kuromu probably because of their long friendship with each other.
Kasumi the Sword Crazed Wielder: Very great how Sally and Kasumi put aside their differences
Kanade the brains: Dubbed by Brittany Karbowski also Wendy Marvell. Surprisingly a smart and sweet kid.
Yui the Glass Canon: Super cute. I'm surprised another character maxed something else out aside from Maple. I consider Yui to be the equivalent of a Tsunami and not a small one but a massive one that could wipe away half of an entire continent
Mai the Glass Canon: Super cute. I consider Mai to be like a 10.0 Earthquake whatever her sister doesn't destroy you can most likely assume that Mai will finish the job.
Payne: Surprisingly very cool and slightly average looking if I'm honest. What is it with characters that have their face revealed after them being shrouded in mystery for some time that suddenly they just look average?
Frederica: Super helpful and still enjoy the back and forth banter between her and Sally. Wonder will she ever win against Sally? Probably not but it keeps you at the edge of your seat wondering.
Drag the Earth Breaker: Very strong. I do enjoy his monster companion same thing with Dred's. I know he's probably more of a tank build but I see more so of Paladin.
Dread/Dred the Assassin: I'm surprised there's a skill called God speed his monster companion definitely helped them at the end of Season 2. I can't think of any other way they would've done that if the shadow wolf wasn't his companion.
Mii The Flame Empress: Another cute character, strong too. Why is every single girl character in this super cute? It is nice to see that she's just not strong leader but has a sensitive more gentle side to her.
Misery the Cleric: Very great support character. Hope we get to see more of her.
Marx (Marcus) the Trapper: He loves his traps, I do enjoy the humor of him trying to trap Maple but Maple just walking through as if nothing stops her. I would be terrified if I saw a character like Maple coming towards me ever so slowly and confidently.
Shin the Split Sword: Nice to see Kasumi being embarrassed by Shin shows that Kasumi can get flustered.
Dorazou the Mascot: As far as mascot's go he is great. I enjoy every line that comes out of his cute drawn mouth.
Oboro: My favorite animal
Syrup: Great companion for the walking tank
Yukimi and Tsukimi: I love bear characters both of them are so cute.
Haku: Terrifying for PVP
So: Can get you out of a bind
Fay: Great companion for Iz
Necro: *evil laugh* I love Necro and how it scares Sally
Ignis: I love that they included a phoenix into the anime
Bell: So cute
Clear: Funny to me that the monster companion of the trapper is a chameleon
Wen: Hawks are always cool to see in anime
Payne's Monster companion who unfortunately is not named in the wiki: DRAGON!
Shadow: Super cute!
Knots (Notes): I was really expecting Frederica to choose a scary companion to get a leg up on Sally. Was surprised that it's just an enhancer bird.
Earth: Earth Golem
Reoccurring side characters: I find their resilience admirable but compared to the people they stand next to no contest on who is stronger.
