"Tonight things can go back to normal"

Alexis pov

I've been running for what seemed like an hour. To my surprise Justin and his boys haven't found me yet. When I was running from the house i swear I heard Justin say,
"She'll pay for this.Which made me extremely scared. So I ran faster.

5 hours later.

I walked past a doughnut shop, I haven't eaten in a day im really hungry. My stomach started to make weird noises. I clutched my stomach and continued walking. After about 2 blocks of walking I saw a sign in a window that said "open" I didn't even look at the store name I just ran right in, I didn't care what it was at this point.
I guess it was a restaurant a 24 hour one. There were no customers, not that I expected any. I ran up to a big black desk and saw a silver bell sitting there, i rang and rang it assuming it was to notify people that there were costumers here. Soon enough a lady in a red dress walked out and asked,
"How may I help you?" She gave a nice warm smile.
I looked down at my feet and spoke, i stuttered a bit.
"I-I need to use your phone to call the police."
She looked at me confused, "why?"
I met my eyes with hers. "Please, just let me use it." I begged. I was in such a bad emotional state.
She walked over to a small table in the corner and picked up a phone, she dialed 911 and handed it to me.
I wiped off my tears and took a deep breath, this was my time. I can finally go home. I would be free. No more Justin.
It didn't ring long before someone picked up the phone.
"Hello. 911 what's your emergency?" A girls voice asked.
I breathed a little not knowing what to say, then I quickly snapped out of it.
"Hello? Are you there?" The voice asked again.
"Yes yes I'm here." I could feel the hot tears falling from my eyes.
"P-please come get me and bring me home, I've been kidnapped and i want to come home." I started to break down.
"Ma'am." The voice said but i cut her off.
"Please hurry before he finds me." I said desperately.
With that i hung up the phone.
I turned the to woman in the red dress.
"Can I please stay here until they come?" I asked.
She looked at me and frowned, "of course you can."
she got me a blanket and some food to eat. I was scared and excited at the same time. I can see my family, my parents I missed them so much. Tonight I will get to see them. Tonight things can go back to normal.

I started hearing sirens coming from down the street I jumped from my seat and gazed out the window. It was the police they are here, im free.
