{Writer's POV}

Zoro: "WHERE IS HE?!"
Zoro is furious. That's nothing new...but let's take a look anyway. Shall we? 😊

Zoro is standing infront of his empty box of booze. Filled with anger, he rushes off to the Kitchen shouting: "WHERE IS HE?!" Nami, who was visibly annoyed by his yelling shouted: "CAN YOU TRY BEING QUIET FOR ONCE!"

Zoro stomped angrily, ready to pull the door off it's hinges. He grabbed the doorknob, but wait! What's that sound? It sound like a familiar voice, but....it's crying? Zoro's anger turned into curiousity quick. "Wait, that sounds like that Cook..?" Gently Zoro knocked on the door. "Oi...Cook?", he said: "You alright?" As a response there was just silence followed by a suppressed cry. You could tell that Sanji struggled to keep quiet.

After a moment of silence Zoro spoke again. "Hey, Can I come in Sanji?", he paused, "I...am worried.." Oh? Sanji? This was the first time he called his actual name! And he was worried?! This is getting interesting 😏 "...I guess...", Sanji's voice replied timidly. Zoro looked around to see if anyone was nearby. Surely Sanji wouldn't want anyone else to see him crying.

He stepped into the Kitchen, closing the door behind him. He took a deep breath. Zoro looked around. Sanji was no where to be seen? He walked over to the counter. Behind the counter there was Sanji sitting on the floor crawled up together. Zoro sat down next to him. "I'm right here, if you are ready to talk..."

Sanji sniffled and wiped away his tears. "Sometimes...", he spoke quietly, "I just remember my past, all those unpleasant memories.." Zoro looked at Sanji, patiently waiting for him to finish. "It's hard for me to control myself, when those memories hit.", Sanji continued, "It always feels like I'm reliving it all again...." He rested his chin on his arms who were crossed over his knees.

"I understand what that's like, I've experienced it too...", Zoro answered, "Now I'm not gonna Trauma dump on you or anything. This is about you, Sanji." Sanji leaned his head against Zoro's arm. "Zoro...?", he asked, "Will this ever pass? This feeling, these Trauma flashbacks?" Zoro dropped his head back against a cupboard and replied, "Of course. I hope that with my help you can heal faster.."

"Thank you.", Sanji replied softly with a weak smile. Zoro smiled and put his arm around Sanji. "No problem.", he said softly, "Don't you worry, I'm always here for you." Sanji was a little surprised with Zoro's reaction, but it was so nice and comforting. "Can I ask you one more question?", Sanji said, "Why are you helping me?"

"It might seem like I don't like you, but in reality...", Zoro paused, „I care about you, a lot actually." He looked at Sanji, who was glancing at him with tired grey eyes. In that very moment Zoro got lost in those grey eyes piercing through his soul. As we know Zoro he always gets lost, but never in someone's eyes. He blushed slightly. "So, you don't actually hate me?", Sanji asked. Zoro nodded with a smile. "You need someone by your side right now.", he said, "So I'll be taking care of you."

Sanji hugged Zoro tightly, "Thank you so much...", he sobbed into Zoro's chest. Zoro pulled him closer and comforted him, "No need to thank me.", he softly said, "Let it all out." Sometime passed and Sanji stopped crying. "You feel better now?", Zoro asked. No answer. "Cook?", he asked once again. He looked down to realise Sanji had fallen asleep. Zoro chuckled softly and picked up Sanji to carry him to his room.

As Zoro was leaving the Kitchen thinking the coast was clear, Nami had seen what was going on. She cleared her throat, "Ahem!" Zoro almost jumped. "Uh-!", he hesitated, "It's not what it looks like..." Nami laughed and said, "Sure it isn't! Don't worry I won't tell anyone." She went back inside her room. Zoro turned bright red and walked into Sanji's room. He placed Sanji on his bed, and walked out. Fortunately Zoro's room was right next to Sanji's. So if he woke up or started crying he could check on him.

Zoro layed down in his bed. He blew out the candle next to his bed. As he looked out the window, out into the beautiful night sky, he couldn't stop thinking about Sanji. "His eyes are so beautiful. His smile so perfect and adorable.", he thought to himself, "WHAT AM I THINKING?!." For the first time, Zoro had felt this way about someone. "I hate seeing him in pain like this.", he said to himself, "He needs help healing."

Whilst Zoro was thinking of Sanji he slowly started dozing off and eventually fell asleep.
