A/N: I'm so sorry that it took me like 4 to 5 months to get this out ;-; I ran out of ideas and I have school :( so chapters won't be coming out as often as they used to be. Sorry guys😭 also quick warning, def not proofread and Malevolent being whatever tf he is. Enjoy :D

As Malevolent walked out of the kitchen, he put on his best Bene act. He lives in Bene's head after all, he should know how to act exactly like him. As he walked up to Otherworldly, who was slowly making his way away from whatever happened with Radiant and Frivolous. He did the Bene thing to do. (Whatever that was supposed to be, idk🤷‍♀️)

"Hello, [night operative]!" He greeted in a tone that sounded exactly like Bene, but Otherworldly... he knew better you could say. (Haha trauma! I'm sorry...😞)

"You." Otherworldly stated, a bit frightened, he didn't even try to sound like he wasn't either. Malevolent would have known anyway, he was smarter than Otherworldly was if anything, or really any of the other nights if we're being honest. (The nights are complete idiots in this, idk why, I just like making them stupid🤪)

"Yeah... me!" Malevolent reminisced walking closer to Otherworldly, who looked traumatized. Well who could blame him? After what he saw Radiant do, I would be traumatized too. (I bet you he was so tempted to fight Radiant, he just couldn't without falling, I'm sorry he had to witness that😭 and I'm sorry I even wrote that ;-;)

"Step back." Otherworldly stated trying his best to back away from Malevolent. Malevolent's smirk just grew, he really did have an effect didn't he?

"And you say I didn't affect you!" Malevolent exclaimed, stopping as he heard someone walk into the room. Malevolent put on a good act, he was lucky the person wasn't a day, that would have blown his cover. (Yeah, can't have the days ruin all of this trauma yet, don't tell Great I'm doing this🤫)

"Hello, [night operatives]!" Malevolent stated in his usual Bene speech, he was in fact probably the best doppelganger Bene could ever have. The night that had walked in, Joyous_night, just gave a glance. He didn't trust Bene enough to even ask Malevolent for help, Joyous was still dragging Merciless as he continued on his way to find Pleasant.

"Hey, wait!" Malevolent stated to Joyous, who stopped. Joyous was visibly annoyed, he didn't want to deal with a day right now.

"What?" Joyous grumbled, it was clear he didn't want to talk to Malevolent, in control of Bene's body or not. (Who would want to talk to Malevolent anyway?😐)

"What happened to him?" Malevolent asked pointing at Merciless showing fake concern, it was a specialty really.

"That's none of your business, [day operative]. Now if you don't mind, I have somewhere I need to be." Joyous stated annoyed, untrusting of Bene who was — unknowingly to Joyous — Malevolent. Malevolent scoffed silently as Joyous left, practically dragging Merciless down a hallway going somewhere. Malevolent turned to Otherworldly.

"Well anyways! I'm going to cause some chaos," Malevolent stopped to give Otherworldly a sly smirk, "and you can't stop me~" Malevolent ended, voice changing into something that wasn't Bene's. Malevolent then turned around and left the room, but not before rubbing in the fact that he was still there, Otherworldly hated it. That much was obvious, the only question was... just where was Malevolent going?

"Damn [night operatives]. They're just as useless as they look." Malevolent mumbled to himself as he walked down the hallway, he knew exactly who he was looking for and exactly where they would be. As Malevolent came across a door he opened it, hoping that one of Bene's fellow day operatives wasn't in the room helping his prey, good thing was they weren't. The night looked up, kind of shocked by Malevolent's arrival, Malevolent's darker pink eyes looking said person up and down, almost as if he was making sure of something.
