You and Christian were invited to a Halloween party, much to your disappointment because all you wanted to do was sit down on the sofa and curl up with a good book.
"Did you want to go tonight or not?" Christian asked you.
"I don't want to but I suppose we should make an appearance no?" you questioned.
"But why? I thought you wouldn't want to go so I say no I can't be bothered to dress up" he laughed.
"I can't either babe, but I suppose we will have to go. I feel so old with all the youngsters dressed up" you laughed because you knew he was very much right.
"So we stay here yeah?" you asked him again, desperately hoping that he would say yes.
"Yeah I can't be bothered, let's just relax here. I would say put scary films on but I hate it and it is probably best we stay here and just put on a series" you nodded in agreement.
"When did we become old age pensioners seriously" he smirked.
"Think we've always been but it's kinda cute" you laughed as you sipped your cup of tea.
