CHAPTER TEN

ARFAN'S POV

I didn't get any sleep the whole night.

I was very worried, thinking of how my life will be ruined
*Innalillahi wa'inna ilaihi raji'un*
(I exclaimed)

So this is how it feels when your happiness get ruined!
Now I know what Reeda feels.

I called the driver already and told him to take Reeda to airport.

After I prayed Fajr prayer,I stayed at my room, even though I was awake, because I didn't want to see her leave.

My phone was on flight mode because I didn't want any disturbance.

It was at 12:00 pm that I decided to leave my room.
I know Reeda has already left.

I should be*

I got ready and dressed in gray sweat pant and gray shirt.
Emotionlessly,I walked downstairs not knowing what I wanted to do.
I wasn't hungry,so I wasn't going for breakfast.

I guess I'll just go and greet mama and face my reality.

"Hahaha Mufeeda you're crazy"

This statement brought me back from my thoughts.
This is Reeda's laugh and voice.
The sound came from kitchen.

"These are ice cubes not ice cream.
Who calls ice cubes ice cream?"
The same voice said in an exciting tone.

This is Reeda's voice, I'm not imagining.

I rushed to the direction (kitchen) in 1000 kilometers per seconds hoping to see what my brain is thinking.

In a blink of an eye,I supered to the kitchen.
My eyes were wided with hopes.

Standing at the door,I saw two maids laughing.
I looked around the kitchen from where I was standing and the two were the only ones there.
It took them seconds to notice me standing at the door.
They all stopped laughing and kept silent,while I went back to my thoughts
I think I have lost my mind.
I know Reeda will never change her mind about leaving,why was I even thinking it's her.
What a disappointment.

I turned back to leave,then I heard the same voice from behind the door

"Why are you all quiet?
What's wrong" she asked.

"Siii sii siir is here"
The maids replied at the same time.

I didn't know when I turned back and found her peeking from the door to see the sir they were talking about.

The maids left the kitchen immediately after they finished their sentence.

For Fareeda,I immediately grabbed her and wrapped her around my arm for a hug.
(That was a reaction)

"Reeda you're here,you didn't leave."
I said in a pitiful voice.

She stepped on my toe and was like
"Let go of me you moron".

Then she pushed me back.

I was embarrassed by my action too.

FAREEDA'S POV

"Why are you still here?"
He asked

"So you want me to leave?"
I questionly replied.

"No,am, actually,I I know you were supposed to leave today,so I was asking" he said

"Oh yh,I changed my mind,today in the morning"
I said while cleaning my nails.

"So you're not leaving?"
He said

"Why are you worried about me leaving?"
I replied

"No nothiiiii..."
He didn't finish his sentence then a very annoying scream interrupted our conversation.
