Your quirk is "chainsaw", if you know who makima and denji are from Chainsaw Man, good.

Basically, you have the eyes of Makima, who has orange eyes with red rings, but they change.
Your original eye color is whatever you want, but only one of them, the other is the orange with red rings. Your eye color changes depending on your mood, like if you're angry, both eyes are gonna be makima's orange with red, but if you're calm, it's as stated above, just the one eye.
The orange eyes can change too, if your somewhat angry, only one ring appears. If you're being analytical, no red rings appear. If you're ridiculously angry, all 3 rings appear. You can also change them to intimidate someone.
When it comes to your main quirk, you can transform into a chainsaw, like Denji, except the pull string is attached to the back of your neck.
Also, Vlad King, the teacher of 1b, is going to be a student here in the story bc it'll make sense later.

This story is also going to be better because I already have the character ai chat still open and can just copy and add my own flare
