Jeff's*pov*

As I sat on the couch watching t.v I thought about what Vince said to me that I was working myself to the bone but I didn't really have a choice being a single parent as someone knocked on the door it dragged me out of my miserable thoughts as I got up and answered the door only to see Randy standing there which he never shows up at my house randomly.

Jeff: h hey Randy what's going on?

Randy: I heard that you got laid off for a while and I came to see if you would like some help with some of the bills

Jeff:* signs* I appreciate that Randy but I couldn't ask you to pay my bills on-top of your own

Randy: Jeffery Nero Hardy you hard headed weirdo let your friends help you besides my bills are all caught up and I told Vince to put your laid off checks in my account so I could get your bills caught up I may have tricked him a little bit into it

Jeff: RANDY your going to get yourself into trouble with the boss for that

Randy:*winks* only if he catches me my friend besides you need the help and if I'm the only one willing to help you then so be it because as a father myself I know how hard it is on you right now

Jeff:* signs and chuckles* okay fine you win man I guess we have each other's backs

Randy: I guess so and for the record I never wanted to hurt you infront of your kid like I did with the screwdriver through the ear that's not me

Jeff: Vince McMahon I guess got involved

Randy: yes and I didn't want to do it I liked you Jeff more than you think I do

Jeff: what do you mean by that

Randy: do you really think I wanted to hurt someone I fell for I didn't say anything because I didn't know how you'd react to it after having so much pressure as is on you at the time so I stayed quiet

Jeff:* sits down on the couch and signs confused* why did you wait to tell me

Randy: Jeff I didn't want to put any more pressure on you than what you had on you I couldn't put you through that stress

Jeff: what about your kids and wife you gotta support them

Randy: I'm a single father Jeff and my kids actually like you they were really mad that I hurt you in that match I still can't live it down because of those two

Jeff:* laughs and covers my mouth* I'm sorry but that's cute and sweet that they like me as a wrestler but I have been thinking about retirement for a while

Randy: like hell you are I'm not gonna get the heat again from the tiny demons your not allowed to retire unless I do got it

Jeff:* smirks* okay but don't come running to me when both our bodies can't take it anymore Orton

Randy: hardy your a dork no wonder I fell for your ass now go train

Jeff: why?

Randy: because I'm getting you your job back

Jeff: I'm not drug free Randy

Randy: we'll get you there just trust the process will you

Jeff:* signs and helps my son wash dishes and goes up to my room to get changed into my training gear*" this better be worth it I thought as I changed and headed down to the old ring in my basement with Randy".

Randy: see now that part wasn't so hard now was it hardy boy!

Jeff:*signs and playfully shoves his head as we trained and trained and trained for hours non stop doing the basics runs and flips to get me back on my game and I had to admit that I was grateful Randy didn't give up on me like everyone else did he supported the whole way* thanks Randy

Randy:* chuckles and hops out of the ring* your not out of the woods yet but u will be give it time man besides I believe in ya and Jeff don't go down this road again stay sober for that kid

Jeff: I'll try to but I can't guarantee anything.
