Chapter 3

Ennoshita's pov

Soon everyone was introducing themselves.

Daichi: Ok First years go first

Hinata: I'm Shoyo Hinata!

Kagayama: I'm Tobio Kagayama

Yamaguchi: I'm Tadashi Yamaguchi

Tsukishima: I'm Kai Tsukishima

Tanaka: I'm Ryuunosuke Tanaka

Noya: I'm Yuu Nishinoya!!

Kinoshita: I'm Hisashi Kinoshita

Nerita: I'm Kazuhito Narita

As I was about to say my name, Asahi went...

Asahi: I'm Asahi Azumane

Ennoshita: 💭: I guess I really am forgotten....

I thought to myself

Suga: I'm Kōshi Sugawara

Daichi: I'm Daichi Sawamura

Ennoshita: 💭: I guess I really am forgettable....

Yachi: Ahh.. Um.. I-It's n-nice to me-meet you a-all!!

Everyone then goes back to practice, but just as I was about to turn around I hear.

Yachi: Um..W-what's y-your na-name? I-if your c-comfortable!!!

I was a little confused, then I understood...she noticed me...

Ennoshita: Oh.. um it's fine.. I'm Chikara Ennoshita.. I'm a Second year.. It's nice to meet you.

She smiled and said

Yachi: I-I look f-forward to working a-and hopefully h-he-helping you out!

Ennoshita: Me too..

I said and then she turned around and went back to Kiyoko.

I went back to practicing and slightly smiled..

Ennoshita: 💭: She noticed me... I hope it wasn't just a one time thing..

I shake off the negative thoughts and refocus myself back to practice...

Ennoshita: 💭: Well she is an interesting one...maybe I will stay for a bit longer...

I thought to myself and got back to practice..

After about ten minutes the coach called us and we had to gather around. So I stayed in the back like I normally do and just waited for everyone to calm down and wait for further instructions.

Ukai: Ok everyone as we know Yachi might join and not to rush you but I need your paper by Friday.. So please just keep that in mind.

Yachi: H-Hai!

Ukai: Alright now I got in touch with some of my grandfather's old friends and they agreed to have us at a training camp in tokyo! It will be held at Fukurodani Academy. Now this will be for a week.. So- Hey specs! Can you give the slips to Kiyoko and Yachi?

Takeda: Yeah!

Takeda-sensei gives the slips to Kiyoko and Yachi the slips and they start passing them out..

Ukai: Alright I need these turned in by Monday and Yachi, if you give us the slip Friday then I will give you the permission slip alright? Also I know this is short notice but you came in kinda late..

Yachi: Y-yes sir! I understand!

Ukai: Great, now let's get back to practice, also Tanaka, Nishinoya, Kagayama, and Hinata.. midterms are coming up.. Now this goes without saying That you need to pass in order to come! so pass those exams!

All 4 of them: Yes sir...

Ukai: Now it is a couple of weeks out so you still have time to work on other things. but make sure you study and get rest...

Everyone: Hai!!

Ukai: Now let's get back to practice!

Everyone: HAI!!!

After that everyone gets back to what they were doing.. Noya goes to practice setting with Asahi..Suga and Kagayama go to practice their 2 setter due-o, Kinoshita and Narita join them, Daichi and Tanaka go and try to help Hinata with his receives, and me..I'm still by myself...

I just work on receiving rn...I'm pretty tired but I ignore that and focus on what I'm doing...

~After practice~

School went like usual...At this point I don't even think the teachers notice me...I EVEN HAVE THE TOP GRADES IN MY CLASSES!!

I'm so tired...I'm so sick and tired of being forgotten about all the damn time...

It's like no matter what I do...no one notices me... maybe this is how it's supposed to be....

I start to notice my teacher passing out a pop quiz.. I rolled my eyes and took the quiz and looked at it..

Ennoshita: 💭: Only 10 questions?

Teacher: You have the rest of the hour to complete this!

I heard the usual complaining "that's not a lot of time!" Or "I'm not doing this shit!" Kind of thing...

I sighed and within 5 minutes I finished.

I laid my head down after I finished an easy pop quiz.. We still had 30 minutes in class...

*Timeskip: Lunch*

When the bell rang letting us know that it was lunch, I stood up and grabbed my stuff and walked to the lunch room.

when I walked into the lunch room and grabbed my food. On my way out I almost ran into Yachi, the manager.

Ennoshita: I'm sorry, are you okay?

Yachi: Y-yes.. u-um..Your Ennoshita right?

Ennoshita: 💭: She remembered me?

Ennoshita: Yeah.. Did you need anything?

Yachi: U-um.. I'm really sorry to ask this but can I sit with you and the team? M-my other friends are busy f-for the next couple weeks.

She seemed really nervous and filled with anxiety.

Ennoshita: Yeah ofc.. but um I don't sit with them.. I sit up on the roof..it's just me.. but um if your looking for the others they sit over there

I pointed to them.

Yachi: Oh um thank you for t-that.. Would you mind if I sit with you for now?...You don't have to! J-just u-um-

Ennoshita: They're a lot sometimes?

I look over at the table they are all sitting at and see Hinata and Kegayama arguing, Tsukishima and Yamaguchi talking and laughing at something on Tsukishima's phone, Daichi and Suga trying to get Hinata and Kegayama to calm down, Kiyoko probably telling Tanaka and Noya off, and Asahi trying to get Tanaka and Noya to calm down.

Yachi: U-um yeah

she lets out a small chuckle

Ennoshita: Yeah sure.. Do you have your lunch?

Yachi: Mhmm!

Ennoshita: Alright then let's go

I smile at her and start walking to the roof
