It was second period my class with my boyfriend, Matthew. We where friends ever since we were 6 and then when we were 13 he just stopped talking to me and instead of being nice he started being rude for no reason then a few months later he confessed and we started dating. Hes been very off lately though for some reason. As I sat in my seat I saw Matthews friends staring at me I just smiled at them and they gave me a slight smile back. Matthew hadn't shown up yet he was probably late. 10 minutes later Matthew came in late and I said hi to him but he didn't say anything back weird i thought. After class I ran up to him and hugged him he didn't hug me back though and just pushed me off him. ¨Lily can we just talk please¨ he said
¨yeah is something wrong?¨ i asked him.
¨No well kinda¨ He said.
¨Oh um well wait is it?¨ i said
¨I lost feelings for you and cheated on you¨ he mumbled
¨wha-¨ i said but he cut me off
¨ I cheated on you because i lost feelings for you.¨ he said
¨Oh are you joking or?¨ i said
¨No lily im not joking i swear¨ he said. I felt the tears coming so I just ran i wasnt about to cry infront of him and his friends. I started crying so I just ran faster, I ran until I bumped into a hard chest and fell down to the floor.
¨Watch where your going weirdo¨ Liam my enemy said.
¨I-im sorry¨ I just looked up at him. Once he saw my face he said.
¨Oh shit uhm are you ok¨
¨ No he cheated on me¨ I sobbed. Liam didn't even say anything he just picked me up and carried me and took me into the bathroom. He sat me on the sink and got some toilet paper for me to blow my nose with.
¨Hey look at me¨ He said. I looked at him Ive never seen him be this nice to me. ¨You dont need to cry over him he obviously wasnt worth your time and he didnt see how great of a person you are.¨ he said. I was still crying but not sobbing anymore. ¨He didnt see how beautiful you are and he didnt see your amazing personality lily.¨ I looked at him shocked at what he just said I thought he hated me.
¨You actually think that¨ I said
¨Yes lily i always have I like you like a lot I just didnt know how to show it.¨ He said as he pulled me into a hug. He smelled really good and his body heat felt amazing. I felt so relaxed as he hugged me and I felt safe. I always thought he was cute and I also liked him.
¨I-i like you too liam¨ I said.
¨ Will you be my girlfriend then?¨ He asked. I said yes and he kissed me I kissed him back.
