Ethan's pov
"Ethan, are you up yet, you have school today remember?" My mom called out
"I don't wanna go to school today or any day for that matter" I replied back and then I could hear footsteps coming upstairs
In a stern voice, my mom called out to me as she stood, leaning against the door in my bedroom "ETHAN LOU ANDERSON!"
"Mom no please, don't start" I hated when she used my full name
"You're going to school and that's final, besides it's your last year anyway, by next summer, you won't have to worry about going to school anymore"
"What about UNI?" I asked
"Yeah you will go to UNI, but you'll have a long break before you start going to UNI and you even get more freedom" She said smiling at me
"Mom, can I just stay home for the next two weeks, please" I begged
"Absolutely not!" She said with a slight frown on her face "look honey, I know you don't like school because of what happened to you a few months back, but you'll be going to a new school, no one will know about you or your past"
"Alright. Fine. I'll go get ready" I got up from the bed reluctantly
"That's my boy" she planted a kiss on my forehead
I went to the bathroom and took a nice clean bath, I wore a white t-shirt and a pair of black cargo shorts and a pair of clean white socks and converse to go with it, I took my backpack and started to head out when I bumped into my older twin sister yuri.
"Hey ethan, you look bright and ready to go to school" She teased, she knew fully well I didn't even want to step foot inside the hellhole called school
"Oh shut up yuri, I am in no condition to be joking around right now"
"Someone's not in a good mood today, anyway, see you after school"
"See ya" I walked out the door and my mom was already waiting for me outside, she drove me to school and waved goodbye before she left
I stared at my new school, surely I've been here before, but once, when I was invited to take a tour of the school but the tour was honestly a waste of time, I knew I was still gonna get lost.
I walked into the school hallway and then I bumped into a guy, around my age, with dark hair and dark blue eyes, he had this mean look on his face and he looked kinda familiar, I was sure I'd seen him before but I just couldn't remember where or when.
"Watch it you clutz" The boy yelled at me
"Sorry" I said, I figured it was the only thing I could say, at least to avoid trouble on my first day
"You should be sorry" he said before walking off
I tried to ignore that situation and I just went to my first class, chemistry, which took me time to get to because I did a whole roundabout around the school because I didn't know where I was going until a a teacher led me to my class.
The chemistry teacher saw me and pointed to a desk behind a brown haired boy, the boy looked friendly and cheerful, he even gave me a little smile and wave, FINALLY, I found a nice person, I was feeling good now, until I saw the dark haired boy from earlier walk to his desk, which was practically two seats behind mine, he glared at me and I looked away.
