Melissa went to do mission in Iraq but while she was station there there her team they were trying to look for her she went missing from she was hiding. They were having hard trouble about how they would tell her two daughters that their mom had gone missing and couldn't be found. Back to Melissa had been tied up which had led to her getting beaten up and tortured for 7 days. She had not giving Taliban any of the information they wanted. On 8th day she had been beaten to death. they had left her body there with few moments before she had taken her last breath; saying I love you Kaia,Mia, Steve. Melissa had passed.
Back to Melissa's team On the 8th day they finally located where Melissa had been held up, But they were too late she already died. Just a few minutes before they found her, so what they did was got her back to base. Once they got back to base they cleaned and dressed her uniform.
