Rae
According to Sherbert; i was sleep deprived but i didn't think so. Besides I've gone longer with out sleep, I'm sure I'll be fine.
I was working on my most recent "interest" as Sherbert calls my little ever changing projects. I have a vague memory of them calling my constantly shifting focus on myriad projects and what they says is an inability to sit still for long enough for they're head to stop spinning, something specific but it probably wasn't important which is why I, of all people, don't remember.
If he was keeping track of the time right (which wasn't likely) Sherbert's text was about fifteen minutes ago. What was taking them so long to get some coffee? As if fate heard him, there was a knock on the study door. Opening it expecting Sherbert, seeing Ghosty was a pleasant surprise.
"Oh, hey Ghosty. When did you get here?" Ghosty being a nickname of Caspian's only a lucky few could use, him being one of them.
"Not that long ago, you brother offered i come hang out." Rae, to his own surprise, often forgot that Caspian was a barista. "Sherbert said to give this to you" he spoke softly as he held his hand out with the coffee in it.
"Than-" he quickly cuts himself off realizing his mistake. Letting out sigh, he speaks up "It's decaf, isn't it."
"Yep." he said letting out a small laugh which washed away any regret that might have shown up in Rae's mind. If it wasn't already obvious, Rae had a massive crush on the man standing in front of him.
Realizing he was staring at him a few seconds to long for his own comfort, he quickly grabbed the coffee and thanked him quietly before tuning around to continue his work.
At his desk once more, losing himself in his own thoughts and forgetting about Caspian in the door way. Unsure how much time passed, he heard Caspian from behind him.
"Rae, how much sleep have you gotten?" Rae could hear the worry that laced his voice. A sound he was all too familiar with but never felt anything that wasn't guilt, especially when it was Caspian's voice.
"Well if the fact that i don't know what day it is or how much time has past says anything, plus apparently I mentally black out on occasion from what Sherbert has told me." Rae said, feeling the inability to lie at this point.

Not to anyone's surprise, Caspian was really worried at this point, but i mean who wouldn't be. Like if you just found out that your best friend, let alone crush, probability hasn't slept in weeks you would be worried too.
Caspian didn't really know what to do at this point, he'd never seen him get this bad. The only thing he could think of was to force Rae to his room and get him to sleep. But that was the hard part. The getting him to sleep once he was in his bed would be easy as the pure exhaustion would wash over him and instantly knock him out. It was getting Rae to leave his study, that was the hard part.
Caspian came to the conclusion that if Rae wasn't going the leave then he would force him to, but he would give Rae a chance. "Rae, you need sleep, like right now. I'm shocked that you haven't been hallucinating." He was giving Rae a chance, although he already knew the outcome of his decision.
"Sorry Cas but there's to much work to do, I can sleep when I'm done." As expected from Rae, he will go until he can no longer, trying to fine answers to his seemingly never end of questions.
Caspian, who already knew what was coming and already decided on his further actions, walked up to and picked him up. Much to Rae's shock and protests to be let down, Caspian ignored them and just carried them to Rae's bed room.
Once in Rae's room, with the door closed so Rae couldn't just leave, but of course not before they had passed a very confused but quick to understand Sherbert in the hall.
Now that Rae was out of Caspian's arms and if it wasn't for the fact that the light has yet to be turned on, Caspian would see that Rae's face was very red.
After standing in the dark just staring at each other for a long period of time, Caspian heard Rae let out a sigh of defeat smiling lightly as a response. Hearing some shuffling around Caspian could kind of see Rae walking in a direction he could only assume was his closet, realizing Rae was changing, he looked away quite quickly, face growing ever red.
Minutes passed and Caspian could only hope Rae had finished changing. He wasn't sure what to do now, he hadn't thought that far ahead. Resorting back to his memories, Caspian thought back to some other times his had to help Rae get sleep. Noticing some similarity's to them, he comes up with his next few actions.
He was quick to act on his desired actions, though he might be secretly hoping Rae would say yes.
"Would you like me to stay in here with you or would you like me to leave"

Rae heard Ghosty's question and flushed ever harder if that was even possible, this was definitely one of those times Rae was glad the light was still out. To say the least, Rae didn't really like the dark. Yes it can be comforting sometimes but more often then not, he just really didn't like it.
Still processing the question and his mind and body ready to give out, the inability to think straight led he to asked Caspian to stay.
His mind still fogy and just the calmness in the room, he when to hug Ghosty to then lay down and fall asleep, though it would seem his body had other plans. Once in Ghosty's arms, the sense of safety that washed over him and the exhaustion hitting like a train, he immediately fell asleep.

Caspian was quick to feel the sudden weight against his chest, realizing that Rae fell asleep in his arms, he couldn't help but smile.
Picking him up gently to not wake Rae, Caspian moved him over to his bed then turned to leave but was stopped by hand attached to his wrist. Looking back to see Rae still asleep and the hand that grabbed him entirely subconscious made him blush lightly. Coming to the quick conclusion that he would not be able to leave, he quietly got in the bed beside Rae and was quick to fall asleep himself.

Sherbert going to check on Rae and Caspian to find them asleep beside each other made them happy. They decided to leave them alone as they both needed the rest. But as they are the older brother, they didn't leave before getting a few pictures.
