Greetings, I'm Eli,the main character of this story.A background check of my life is that I currently study in TCI highschool,TCI stands for Technology,chemistry and information highschool.In the future I dream to be a computer programmer.
A normal day at my highschool.
I was walking down at the hallway,till I saw Lex,she was my bully.
I tried to ignore her but as she saw me she comes over to me and pulls me into an empty classroom saying,
"Look idiot,I didn't like your attitude yesterday,so irresponsible that you didn't do my homework."
"That essay 70% of my grade!!
Now do it later and give it to me tomorrow so I can pass it tomorrow, you're lucky the deadline was extended or you'll be dead in a heartbeat!!"
*She said as she bangs her hand to the wall.*
"What now? Cat got your tongue?"
"How pathetic..."
*She throws you to the ground and leaves like nothing happened*
As she leaves I couldn't say anything due to how aggressive she was talking to me.
As the school ends,I go back to my small apartment as I live by myself running away from my abusive father leaving my mother as she sacrifices herself for me,at the age of 15 years old,now.... I'm 17 years old.
As I enter my apartment,I remember Lex's essay but I was too exhausted to even to do so I said,
"I'll do it later, I'll be at the comforts of my bed first."
There it was,Eli on the comforts of her bed,slowly falling to sleep.
(After 11 hours)
*Eli wakes up,slowly looking at her alarm clock and says*
"I overslept!! I'm gonna be late for school!!"
*she said as she rushes to changes her clothes into her uniform,someone opens the door*
"What's all the commotion about honey?"
It was .....her mom?
Eli was startled to see her mom.
"Mom?,what are you doing here?"
Her mom replied.
"What are you talking about?
Are you suddenly dreaming?
We've been living together happily when I filed divorce to you abusive father at your age of 15."
To think about it......The house did look different...
Eli said to herself and says
"Wait.....so....dad's gone?"
Her mom replied as she laughs to her daughters question saying,
"For 2 years already,yes he's gone sweetie,now get up I made breakfast,you have one hour before your school so make it quick"
Eli replied confused
"Okay mom..."
*Eli hugs her mom and says*
"I missed you mom.."
Her mom replied
"What are you talking about?
Anywho sweetie,good morning....
Now get moving,you won't want to be late for school."
Eli replied happily
"Yes mom"
*Eli rushes downstairs wearing her uniform,looking at the modern surrounding of the house,it was beautiful and elegant,she goes to the dining table and eats the breakfast her mom prepared for her.*
(After eating)
*Eli rushes to clean her plate and says*
"Bye mom! I'm going to school now!"
Her mom replied
"Bye sweetie,stay safe!"
*Eli smiles as she says to her mind*
This.....is so weird yet good, mom is here,the house is pretty, I'm not late for school and.... dad's gone...
My life turned around...
*She walks happily going to her school as it was only a walking distance.*
(At her school)
As she enter the school hallway,she sees Lex and Lex waves at her
It sended shivers to her spine knowing she wasn't able to do her essay.
Lex comes up to her and says
"Hi eli!! How have you been?"
Eli was shocked but decided to go with the flow and says,
"Oh hi lex!! I'm good,how about you?"
Lex replied,
"Ah I'm fine just busy with my essays and assignments but I still have time for my best friend"
*Lex smiles and she pulls Eli to their next class*
Eli was confused but it was good,the next thing she knows,Lex and Eli were inseparable.
(Time skip:At Eli's house)
*She greets her mom and goes to her room having one of the great days she has experienced saying to her herself.*
"What a strange situation, although...I love it....this is the best."
*She smiles*
