Every night I sit here waiting,
to quench the thirst of these mourning eyes.
To drown in those dark brown orbs,
to drink those sweet nothing lies.
My fright is thrilling and I don't know how to swim.
How to be reasonable and how to burry this stupid little whim?
Your eyes meet mine and the world stops,
my head spins and heart beats, taking the ground beneath my feet.
But you avert your gaze too quickly, honey for this long and excruciating wait.
Leaving me yet again in the hands of my cruel, unforgiving fate.
Dark clouds pervade the sky and you again become silent.
The soul leaves my body and I seek your warm embrace as I die a little every moment.
Life comes back seeing your silhouette make it's way to me.
Your hand tames those wild wisps, mouth coming near my ear.
"Just sleep sweetheart", your voice whispers.
With a hope that still lingers,
and a light that still flickers...This is the first one of this book. I hope you all liked it. Let me know in the comments. Thank you...
