Chapter 10 Why

Kuro's pov

I've been continuing my work and having small "dates" as Amelia says. Lately i've been feeling watched but i brush it off as it might be some soul trying to grab my attention or run away from it. Not all souls are happy about having to cross. But i can't send them back to the living even if i wanted to, it's the rules. Earlier today i received a message from my father, Persephone will be checking in with me as she is coming to help with spring. I guess it's to see my progress. Let's hope i've done a good job.

"Persephone!" I greet the older goddess. "Hello dear, I see you've been doing well!" "Yes, most souls go smoothly. I've barely had any trouble." "That's good, you're father might visit you soon or send me to get you to visit home, we'll see what we can work out with Zeus. You know how he is." " That's alright either should be fine" We catched up for a bit then parted ways. Today i have a special date planned for Amelia. It's been months but maybe this will make things official? Is that the word? I'm not sure but here we go.

Kuro and Amelia's pov

"Hellooooo, i'm back!" I shout to Amelia whom seems to be in her room. I don't bother to go there since i feel it will be awkward. Her usual slightly dirty rags that she calls clothes are on the chair in the living room. "Huh? Amelia, why are your clothes out here??" I ask out but no response. A slight sense of worry was starting to pop up but i decided to check her room. For the first time ever i'd open her room. It felt weird and terrifying. I opened the door and the sight of her makes my Skin crawl. The most beautiful Silhouette standing right before me, a warm feeling appears on my cheeks right as I open my mouth to speak. "OH SORRY!" I try to leave "WAIT! It's Okay.." The gorgeous girl says. For a moment the World stopped. I felt as if I had no worries and for the first time I held her in my arms in a loving yet in a steamy way. Kissing like there was no end. To us there wasn't.... Things escalated into even more passion between us. I'm Not complaining, from one moment to another de end up on Her bed. Things were starting to feel more heated and desperate. Seems we both have been wanting this for too long. As the sky fades from a lovely sunset to a beautiful dark blue Sky, Amelia and I got lost in eachothers touch.

Apollo's POV
"I CANT BELIEVE THIS" I thought to myself. "How dare she?! Who does that mortal think she is doing with A GODDESS LIKE KURO!" Full of wrath i'm decided that it's Been long enough." This will stop today" I said walking away. I turned to a more humane appearence. "This people don't like Witchcraft.... Maybe..." I walk towards the chief of the village. "Sir! Please! Help!" I act as if I needed desperate saving. "Calm boy... What is the situation?" Says the chief trying to remain cold. "A witch has infiltrated the village!" "A witch you say?" "Yes!" "Who is This creature?." "I belive her name is Amelia sir..." The room turns cold. The man before me could not bring himself to believe. A little persuadation will do the trick. "I found herbs and strange stones with candles near her farm sir. I belive she might be preparing for a ritual of sorts." Acting scared has it's perks.

That next day.... I awakened something within Kuro. I didn't mean to take things this far... What was I thinking...
