{~*Chapter 5, Awkward...*~}

{~*Parker's pov*~}

The next few days were really awkward. Chester almost never left his room and when he did he would try to avoid me. I really wanted to talk to him though so I went up to his room and knocked on the door. "Chester? I wanna talk, can I come in?" At first I didn't hear anything but after a few seconds Chester said, "Fine..." I opened the door and sat on the edge of his bed. "Chester you can't hide in here forever." "But that was so embarrassing!" "I know but if you just forget about it it wont be." Chester just looked down at the ground. "You okay Chester..?" "Parker can I tell you something?" I nodded my head. "Okay but promise it wont change our friendship?" I again nodded my head. "I-I like you..." My face turn red slightly. "You mean you love me?" Chester slowly nodded his head. I was speechless for a few moments. I then grabbed his chin and lifted it up to face me, then kissed him. Chester froze up at first but eventually kissed back. 

When I pulled away I looked at Chester to see his reaction. "Wow..." I chuckled at his words. "Whats so funny?" "Your face. Its so red" He covered his face in embarrassment. I get up and head towards the door. "Want something to eat?" Chester nodded his head and followed me. "What do you want?" "Whatever you want I guess" "Chester that's why I asked you! I don't know what I wanna eat" Chester just chuckled. "Well what about burgers?" "Sure" I said as I grabbed my phone and ordered our food. When our food got delivered we sat down on the couch and watched a movie. Chester fell asleep as always so I covered him up and let him sleep. When the movie was over I picked him up and brought him to his bedroom. I kissed him on his forehead and whispered "Good night" before leaving.

The next day when I woke up I was surprised to see a note on my door. It said "Hey Parker. I went out to the store cause we needed a few things. Be back soon, love Chester" I sat the note down on my dresser and got ready for the day. I was reading e-mails when Chester got back. "Need help?" "Yea" I grabbed some bags and helped him bring them inside, then put them away. "What were you doing?" "Reading e-mails" "That's all you ever do!" Chester said jokingly as he walked into the living room."Well what am I supposed to do? Spend time with you?" I said jokingly. He gasped dramatically and turned away.  "Yes!" I just chuckled and walked over to him and picked him up. "Hey put me down!" "You said spend time with you" "Not like this!" I eventually set him down and he playfully punched my arm. "Wanna go star gazing?" I nodded my head and Chester lead me outside. What surprised me is that he started climbing onto the roof. "Chester what are you doing!?" "Star gazing" "You could get hurt!" "Parker I do this all the time now come on!" I reluctantly followed him. 

Once on the roof we laid down and looked at the stars. It was amazing! It seemed as if you could see every single constellation. I head Chester laughing and I laughed with him. We spent most of the night up there just watching the stars. When we finally went inside I was super tired. I went straight up to my room and fell straight asleep.
