Upper Moon 6: Gyutaro

Monster Garou's fists clashed with Gyutaro's scythes, as sparks relentlessly flew in the battlefield. Daki would occasionally try to help by sending one or two obis at Garou, but they'd easily get cut in half. Gyutaro slashed Garou's chest, but the scythe got lodged in Monster Garou's skin.

Gyutaro: "That's some pretty heavy armor you got there.."

Monster Garou uses Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist, Instant Attack to quickly lunge his fist forward at Gyutaro's chest, launching him backward. Garou rushed at Gyutaro with incredible speed, his fist aiming for Gyutaro's head.

Daki: "Onii-ch-"

Daki gets interrupted as Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Tanjiro group and rushes at her. Zenitsu and Tanjiro match their attacks, with Zenitsu using Thunderclap and Flash: Eightfold and Tanjiro using Flowing Dance, deflecting Daki's obis that come in Inosuke's way. With Eighth Fang: Explosive Rush, Inosuke quickly clears the distance between him and Daki, as he strengthens his muscles and uses Beast Breathing, Sixth Fang: Palisade Bite to successfully saw off Daki's head. He grabs her head and runs off, preventing her from regenerating. Gyutaro notices this, blocks the incoming attack from Garou, and stops fighting momentarily.

Gyutaro: "That little bastard.."

Gyutaro runs off to catch Inosuke. However, Monster Garou pulls him back and slams him into the ground, cracking it.

Monster Garou: "We're not done yet, demon."

Gyutaro quickly gets up and tries to impale his scythe through Garou's chin, which Garou swiftly evades. Monster Garou uses his Perfected Fist to unleash a barrage of punches toward Gyutaro, which Gyutaro deflects using his scythes.

Gyutaro: "Damn it.. Blood Demon Art: Rampant Arc Rampage!"

Gyutaro unleashes a barrage of blood cuts from his body towards Garou. Monster Garou is unable to dodge, with the multiple slashes piercing through his hardened skin, immobilizing him. Gyutaro smiles and runs off, much to Garou's dismay. Monster Garou quickly gets up and gets ready to use with Exploding Heart Release Fist, but he falls back down in pain due to the potency of Gyutaro's poison. Garou grabs a large rock and hurls it at Gyutaro. Gyutaro turns around and slashes it in half, continuing to chase Inosuke. Realizing that there's nothing he can do, Monster Garou smashes his fist into the ground in anger. Garou crawls backward, retreating momentarily.

Monster Garou: "Damn it.. this isn't over..!"

Gyutaro catches up and stabs Inosuke from behind. Tanjiro freezes at this moment, forcing Zenitsu to push him off the roof as a swift obi attacks them. As he falls, his vision slowly goes black. He wakes up to see Yoshiwara in flames, with Gyutaro and Daki surrounding him. Inosuke was in a pool of blood, Zenitsu was buried under some debris, and Tengen was missing.

Gyutaro: "You're unfortunately lucky to not have died yet, slayer. However, that changes right no-"

Before Gyutaro could finish, Tanjiro quickly stood up and ran away, causing Daki and Gyutaro to laugh at his seemingly crushed spirit. Gyutaro started to chase after him, before Monster Garou dropped down onto the ground in front of him, donning as always a menacing appearance.

Gyutaro: "Oh, it's you again. Have you recovered from the poison, hmm?"

Daki: "Let's just finish him off, Onii-chan, I'm getting sick of him.."

Gyutaro slashes at Garou, which Garou quickly evades. Garou swiftly sidesteps toward Gyutaro, creating afterimages as he goes. He appears in front of Gyutaro in the blink of an eye, surprising the Upper Moon 6.

Monster Garou: "Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist, Ascending Attack!"

Monster Garou struck Gyutaro with an elbow strike, then a strike to the chest, and then he uppercut Gyutaro, sending him flying into the air. Monster Garou pursued him, jumping high in the air to reach Gyutaro.

Daki: "ONII-CHAN!"

Before Daki could do anything, Zenitsu quickly bolted out of the rubble, and dashed towards Daki, aiming for her neck. Meanwhile, in the sky, Gyutaro and Monster Garou were trading blows with one another, until Garou put his hands together, as they started glowing.

Monster Garou: "Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist, Great Fa Jin!"

Garou struck Gyutaro's chest with the palms of his hands, unleashing a soft impact on Gyutaro at first.

Gyutaro: "Hah! You think this'll kill me? Bast-"

Midway through his sentence, Gyutaro felt a strange sensation through his chest that made him pause.

Gyutaro (mind): "What.. the hell is this? My internal organs.. it feels like.. they're exploding!"

Gyutaro screamed in pain as the effect of Great Fa Jin came into play. He started falling down from the sky, with Garou watching him above. Gyutaro fell all the way to the ground, getting dirt and dust everywhere. Monster Garou quickly went down as well, sticking a perfect landing. Garou slowly walked towards the incapacitated Gyutaro, who was on the ground, in severe pain. Meanwhile, Zenitsu's sword was on Daki's neck, attempting to slice the obi attached to her head.

Garou was in front of Gyutaro, looking down on him. He grabbed him by the chest, staring into Gyutaro's panicked eyes. Garou raised his fist up, as it grew brighter and brighter. With a split second, Monster Garou sliced through Gyutaro's neck smoothly, like butter. At the same time, Zenitsu slashed through Daki's neck thanks to Godlike Speed. Both demons were decapitated at the same time, defeated. Tanjiro came back at this moment with a wisteria kunai in hand, staring at Monster Garou holding Gyutaro's decapitated body. He looked back at Daki's body, who was also decapitated. He smiled and looked back at Monster Garou.

Tanjiro: "Arigato, Garou-san!"

Monster Garou didn't respond, instead walking away from the Entertainment District, in search of the other Upper Moons, probably. Unbeknownst to everyone, Gyutaro's body releases an enormous burst of blood slashes, due to Rotating Circular Slashes. The entire city of Yoshiwara is destroyed and is left in dust.

Tanjiro wakes up to find Monster Garou is missing, who has probably already left the district. The Rotating Circular Slashes seemed to have little to no effect on him. Tanjiro reunited with Nezuko who brought him to his other friends. The Rotating Circular Slashes cut Tengen's arm off and left him in a very vulnerable state. Due to this, he still retires from the Demon Slayer Corps.
