It had been several hours since they had all been traveling on the desert as far as the eye could see, and the hot sunny sky was not making it any better.

“Burning up... Sweat won't even come out...” Luffy complained, both hands gripping his staff limply as he walked hunched over following his friends. Hearing his complaint, Nami told him to stop his annoying moaning and move on, but even if she said that, the young man probably wouldn't listen to her anyway.

“Come on, (Y/N), please carry me instead of Chopper!” (Y/N), who was holding a reindeer who was resting his cheek against the coolness of the water, turned to look at Luffy.

“Probably not, Luffy. Chopper is not suitable for hot weather, so he has to stay in a cool place.” The black-haired boy could only sigh in frustration.

“I'm sorry, but I have a lot of fur so it's really hot. I prefer cool weather.” Chopper's face looked apologetic.

“It's 'cause of all that fur... You should take off that animal suit...” What Usopp said made the little reindeer irritated. He jumped out of the young witch's embrace and transformed into a human, ready to attack the long-nosed man who screamed in fear.

“Ah, Chopper! If you don't return to your original form, I can't carry you!” But the two of them didn't listen to the woman's words and continued to quarrel. (Y/N) sighed, her hand pressed against the top of his pink hat, forcing him to revert back to his original form and carry him on.

“You don't seem to be having a hard time, Vivi-chan.” Sanji couldn't help but ask the blue-haired girl, so curious that the girl couldn't help but laugh. Even though everyone was sweating and exhausted from the sun, the girl looked normal, as if the heat didn't affect her in the slightest. Vivi smiled slightly and said that being born and raised here made her accustomed to the weather, which made sense.

“But what's with all these hills? I figured a desert would be more flat.” Usopp sighed, his face covered in sweat.

“This is a very old desert, so some sand dunes here are over 300 meters high.” This fact shocked the young man greatly, no wonder why it felt like climbing a mountain.

“Then I really didn't imagine it myself... this much has changed in just hundreds of years,” (Y/N) said, her hand moving the umbrella slightly so that the sunlight wouldn't hit the reindeer who was closing her eyes, happy to feel the coolness of her body.

“I don't think it should come as a surprise…” Usopp deadpanned. Perhaps for a woman as old as an ancient relic, she would think that a hundred years had passed by just a few hours?

“It's too much... It's so hot...” Nami saw the captain's face and reluctantly allowed him to drink the water, not forgetting to remind him to take just one gulp. He did exactly that by sucking in nearly half of the water in the tank, causing his cheeks to puff out like a puffer fish's.

“Don't drink so much!”

“Let me have some too! That was 13 mouthfuls just now!” Usopp and Nami came and headbutted a young man wearing a straw hat until he spat out the water in his mouth. Sanji saw this and rushed over to ask for some water, leading to a fight between the four of them.

“Stop fighting! You'll only waste strength!” Vivi tries to stop them from fighting while they blame each other for the others' faults.

“Hey, let's stop fighting and let's continue our journey.” The young witch came to separate Nami and Luffy, but the orange-haired girl still didn't give up, pulling the young
man's cheeks until it stretched. Ace silently turned to look at the scene behind him and continued walking.
