Hello! I'm Wizzy the creator of this story.

This is an Eddsworld apocalypse/ war Au. No it's not zombie apocalypse, just like war.
It Will mainly be in Tom's POV but I will slowly introduce the rest of the characters and their stories.

I just have a bunch of ideas for this au all through October and since the month is almost over and Halloween is coming soon, I might as well write it down. This is also probably not gonna be the best ;-;
This book may contain several ships, some fandom, some canon. I will try and write when I can and I plan on making this a long book.
I will make something for the people with trigger.
I do not own eddsworld, full credit to the creators. This is in no way related to the real people, just the fictional characters.

Apocalyptic/ War Au
(TW, this story will touch on very dark topics, please don't read if you're squeamish. I will make sure to add TW's before a chapter if anything happens.)

A war has been started by the Red army, England is no longer safe.. Tom lost sight of the others when running, but oh.. he'd be faced with much worse than losing his friends.
After he's been stripped of all his power and kept in an army campsite, Tom is able to pull himself up and spiral into a killing spree, setting himself free from his captors.

Now his goal is to find his friends, and survive the Red Army.

Edd/Edward gold. 💚
Age: 27
Height:6'2
Status: alive
Description: He has dark brown hair, and still wears his green hoodie, tho it's a bit ripped. He's still stinky and wears tords old over coat on top of his green hoodie. Edd wears old sneakers, but still has a pair of boots as backups. He has bags under his eyes and facial hair. Edd is slightly chubby with more visible muscle in his arms than the rest of his body.

Personality: He is rather grumpy, but still pretty friendly. He is very over protective of his friends and skeptical of those he doesn't know. Edd has had some tendency's to lash out at others close by.

Relationships/ (friend status.)
Tom: they are close friends. Edd misses Tom a lot and regularly thinks about him and Matt, causing him to get overwhelmed. When they first meet up again, he was happy Tom was alive.
Matt: they are close friends. He cares deeply about Matt and was left alone when he was taken by the red army. Matt was rather dependent on him at the start of the war.
Tord: they don't trust each other. Edd and Tord had a big argument when the war started and Tord admitted to being apart of the red army, in which Edd had ran off with Matt soon after.

Tom/ Thomas Rosewell. 💙
Age: 26
Height:5'7
Status: alive
Description: Tom has two outfit changes. At the start of the war he is still wearing his dark blue hoodie and grey jeans. Though after the incident, (no spoilers) he had stolen clothes from the dude he killed, now wearing a oversized light grey hoodie with fluffy/fur on the inside with a pair of black pants. He has a bandaged wrapped over his left eye and wears black boots. Tom still has large eye bags and frizzy light brown hair that's never brushed.

Personality: He is very skeptical of other people after the incident but soon realised he didn't need to fear dying. Tom still has his attitude and sass, though much more careful around others.

Relationships/ (friend status.)
Edd: They are close. Tom misses Edd, and thinks about him and Matt while escaping. His first intentions where to find them once he escaped.
Matt: they are very close. Tom sees him like an older brother, though he's still ready to fight for Matt any time something happens. Matt was the first one he found when escaping.
Tord: they are still rivals? Tom wasn't there for Edd's argument with Tord and doesn't know he's with the red army (he's still suspicious though). He doesn't really know how to feel about him.

Matt/ Matthew grove. 💜
Age: 28
Height: 6'0
Status: alive.
Description: Matt is still wearing his purple when the war started, no green over coat. While he was taken they had a clothing change and now he wears a dark grey hoodie and dark brown pants, a pair of dirty sneakers and navy blue gloves. Matt had let go of himself, not really bothered with his appearance, though still self absorbed. He had darker eyes and a dirtier face.

Personality: he has lost most of his hope for the war to stop and doesn't have the confused act anymore. Matt isn't very confident in himself though he's ready to stand up for others if needed. He had a trouble with his emotions and tends to be mean to others. (Except for Tom)

Relationships/ (friend status.)
Edd: they are friends. After they got separated, Matt had grew much more distant though he still loves Edd and would die for him.
Tom: they are very close. He likes Tom a lot, and his happy that the boy is his guide. Matt can be pretty overprotective of Tom seeing him as a younger sibling and someone he needs to keep safe.
Tord: no trust. Matt was there when he had the argument with Edd and knows that Tord is apart of the red army and can see he isn't trust worthy.

Tord/ Tord Larsin. ❤️

Height: 5'11
Status: alive
Description: Tord still has his caramel coloured hair, pointed up in two horns. He wears his old red hoodie or a red shirt under his army jacket, a dark grey trench coat with three buttons, adorned with his name tag, reading R.L. He doesn't have any face scars and still looks as charming as ever. He has a subtle stubble on his chin but still shaves now and than.

Personality: Tord is very arrogant and tends to be impulsive. He is good at focusing and a ladies man (and a man's man ;) > He is a bit bipolar though, and has a lot of trouble keeping himself in order. Tending to get very sadistic or lost in his head.

Relationships/ (friend status.)
Edd: they aren't friends. Tord, has no direct hatred towards edd, just built up anger. He regrets saying anything about being in the red army, although he knew it would be obvious soon enough.
Tom: they are rivals? He doesn't remember seeing Tom when the red army started attacking England. He has a small smudge inside of him that misses him, or wants to know about his wear about. He doesn't hate Tom...
Matt: they aren't close. He remembers Matt being there while him and Edd were arguing. Matt didn't seem to like him much than anyway.
