When Izuku was taken in by a strange race called Zerg he became their leader. What will the now-reborn hero do when he enters U.A., only time will tell.
Izuku and Aizawa sat outside the Evolution Pit waiting for Abathur to come out with any news on Katsuki. Abathur comes out and Izuku was anxious to for any sort of news.
Izuku: How is he Abathur?
Abathur: 12 Broken ribs, destroyed left arm, barely alive.
RG: I'm sorry, but from what I saw, he won't make it, not even with my quirk.
The group looked down and then Izuku perked up.
Izuku: No, there is another way.
RG: What do you mean?
Abathur: Infestation.
Izuku: We can alter his body using the Hyper-evolutionary virus to make him part Zerg, with the Zerg's regenerative capabilities he might make it, but he won't be entirely human anymore.
Aizawa: Do it, I already failed to keep him safe, you might as well try to save him.
Izuku: Alright, Abathur, prepare for the procedure.
Abathur: At once.
Aizawa: Are you sure this will work problem child?
Izuku: It will, but it will take a whole day, so I think you and Recovery Girl should get some rest, sensei.
Aizawa: Alright.
They leave and Izuku goes into the Evolution Pit. Katsuki was already in the chrysalis. Izuku decided to stay and look after Katsuki until he wakes up. The next morning the chrysalis opened and Katsuki walked out with a fully healed left arm covered with Zerg bio-mass and carapace, he also had Zerg appendages on his shoulder and his eyes glowed red.

Izuku: How do you feel Kacchan?
Katsuki: Stronger, and more resilient, and I think my quirk just got a boost.
Izuku: Good to hear, because this isn't the only thing I'm giving you.
Katsuki: Oh?
Izuku: Walk with me.
Katsuki followed Izuku into another room where they found vats containing dead terrans with Zerg features on their bodies, Katsuki knew what they were because of the hivemind. They were Infested Terrans.
