Chapter 2 So close yet so far

Ten years ago there was a war between man and demigod there was no winner in the end multibile citys were distroyed. All these city were rebelt and were given the label new in front of the name. Zach was one of the many demigods in this war allong with Michel , Zoey , and Erza these were the strongest of all dimmigods. Zach arrived at new Detroit "Detroit a shit hole like all ways zach said sarcasticly". Now the hunt for my old freind begens "Were are the docs" Zach tought to himself as he drove down the street. As Zach drove to the docs Michel was holding a meeting at the docs with a big crime organization called the syndicate. "So boys lets get this deal started" Michel said. On the roof above was zack in his combat gear witch he wore durring the great war. Zack jumps in the building shooting his to pistols at the syndicate members "shit" michel said as he went to cover. Zach landed on the ground and ran at michel dogeing at wave of bullets. Zach grabs his swords and goes to swing at michel but Michel blocks Zachs attack with his own causing a massive shock wave and larg wave magic energy goes into there air "what the ..." Erza said curosly looking out out her apparmemt window twords the docs.
"What happen to you Michel" Zach said strugleing to keep Michel sword back.
Zach jumps back and throughs a knife and runs back up and swings his sword at michel , Zach and michel are hit by a some sort of wepon "oww!!!!" Michel and zach said at the same time "you two never change" Erza said standing inbeween them "you to idiots use so much power the hunters will be all over this loction at any minute" Erza screamed. Just then michel kicked Erza into Zach giveing him time to get away "oww again" Zach said after he got up "wait what the hell was that whats going on ?" Erza asked ; "I don't know much but what I do know is we need we need to go hunters are comeing and the longer we are here the further he gets away now goodbye thanks for the broken ribs" Zach said as he disapeared. Zach goes to the roof tops to try and find Michel but he is interuped by his phone "who is this" Zach asked rudely "well thats rude" Erza replyed "Erza im kinda busy" Zach said "look i don't know whats going one but you need help so i'm going to help" Erza said. Before Zach could say anything Erza showed up behind him "he is more than likely at the syndicates main base of operations i'll take you there follow me"Erza said as she jumped down to the street below with Zach right behind her" "so how do you know were the syndicate operates?" Zach asked curiously "after the war we all had to do something to get money we are not all lucky you know" Erza replied. When they got to the syndicates base Erza kicked in the door. Zach went in shooting everyone inside including michel. Michel !!!!! Zack yelled as he picked up off the ground "there's a war coming Zach" michel said quickly "what? The war is over" Zach said "your so stuepid another demigod is gathering up people he wants yo rule over the human race" "i won't let that happen" Zach replied "he is stronger than any of us not even you can stop him" Michel said coughing up blood "who is this person !!!!!" Zach yelled "it's your father" michel said with his last breath. Zach walks outside "wait were are you going because were ever it is i'm going with you" "well lets go" Zack said as he gets in the car he stole from benny "so were are we going?" Erza asked "to a place a said i'd never go back to" Zach replied.
Zach and Erza arrived at the last place Zach saw his father "stay in the car" Zach demanded "okay" Erza replied Zach went into a strange building "so what did you leave me dad" Zach said sarcasticly. A couple minutes later Zach walked out the the building "you find anything" Erza asked "not a damn thing" Zach said "so what now " Erza asked " i gess we wait " Zach said "sound like a plane to me , think there is a good hotel arround here i need some sleep" Erza said wile stretching "one way to fined out i gess". Later that day Zach and Erza arrived at a hotel "this place is a shithole" Erza said
"Well we could sleep in under a brige...not" Zach said to him self. Zach and Erza decided to go rent a apartment "it's almost like we are a couple" Erza said "funny..." Zach replied "such a joykill losen up" Erza said wile clameing the bed "you sleep on the couch" Erza said teaseing "nope scoot over" Zach said wile heting on the bed "don't get any ideas ok" Erza said with a flirtatious tone "we need to get some rest we have a long day tomarrow" Zach said "yeah your right" Erza said starting to fall asleep. A couple hours later Zach got up to smoke a cigarette "what are you doing?" Erza asked rubbing her eyes "go back to sleep you need it" "you do to" Erza said still in bed half asleep "i know" Zach said laying on the couch.
"Man man so much has happened sence the war ended" Zach thought to himself.
            Zach and Erza stayed in that appartment for 3 weeks and have no Idea wear to start looking. " uhh i'm sooo bord" Erza said laying on the couch watching tv. "You know you could help me find my father" Zach told Erza "no thats boring we sould go do something" Erza said. Zach turned and looked at Erza and sighed "fine lets go i have a feeling that my walets going to be empty at the end of the day" Zach said. Zach and Erza left the apartment and went on a walk when Zach saw his father "shit Erza i think i found my father lets go" Zach said wile running accross the street pulling out his swords before geting kicked in the face by his father. Just then Erza lands right next to him unconscious. Fadeing in and out Zacks father looks at him and says "still such a little boy you won't stop me your to weak next time we meet i will kill you" he said to Zach as Zach fell unconscious.
