Date with Jo

I walk into Ellens hunter bar and sit down. "The usual please, Ellen". She nods and gives me my drink. Jo sees me and is eager to talk. She has a bit of a blush on her face. She sits next to me and looks at me. "Hey! Can I ask you something?" She asks nervously. I smile, I have a feeling I know what she's going to ask."Sure Jo, what's up?" She gets even more of a blush on her face " I was wondering if you might want to go on a date with me? We can go to the pumpkin patch and maybe go get some supper later, if you want, that is." I look at her, then around the bar and spot my ex, Bela. She's giving Jo a mean glare. Jo breaks my train of thought and regains my attention. "So what do you say?". I smile "I'd love to Jo". As Jo jumps up with a smile on her face, Bela huffs and leaves. "I can't wait! I'm going to go get ready now! I'll meet you here at 6" Jo smiles and turns to get ready for our date. I barely even noticed Ellen looking at me. "You better not hurt her, or I hurt you." She sets the glasses she was holding down on the counter. "Do you got that?" I gulped. "Yes ma'am". She turns around and I take that as my cue to leave. Later that evening I show up at 6 pm on the dot. Jo is already waiting for me outside wearing a light blue T-shirt with a blue jean jacket and blue jeans. She smiles when she sees me and walks over to hug me. "I didn't expect it to rain. I'm sorry. I understand if you don't want to go today." I chuckle a bit. "I love the rain, Jo. It's okay". We hop into the car to go to the pumpkin patch. The whole ride there was silent, but as soon as we get to the pumpkin patch, Jo jumps up and pulls my hand over to the pumpkins. " They're so big! I think I might want that one. What about you?" I smiled and said "Maybe that one over there?" My mind was racing and I kept thinking that Jo was really cute. I suddenly was pulled out of my thoughts by Jo again when she said she was hungry. We quickly paid for our pumpkins and went to go get some wings for supper. On our way into the restaurant, we run into Balthazar. He comes to talk to us about Castiel and the Winchesters. He sees someone he knows and excuses himself to leave. Jo and I go to sit at our table. We Sat there talking for a few moments, when Benny came up to us slurring his words "My granddaughter hassss a place like thissss. It's sooooo coollll". All of a sudden we hear someone yell for him. "Benny! Where'd you go you drunk?!" Someone comes up to our table. "Ah there you are Benny". It was Sam Winchester. "We gotta go Benny. We need to "talk" ' He then notices Jo and I. "Sorry for the intrusion Jo, I just need to get Benny here to go over there ". He soons gets Benny to leave with him and Jo and I are once again left alone. We eat our meal talking and laughing. I pay for our food and I drive her home. We stand on her porch saying goodnight. " I had a fun time tonight. Thank you for asking me, Jo" I smile at her and she blushes. "Thank you for saying yes" she laughs. " I'll see you later then?" I ask. "Yeah, of course." She replied. We both said goodnight and I turn around and start to leave for my car and I hear the door close behind me. I sit in my car for a moment and I have a change of heart. I get out of my car and run up to her front door. I knock and she automatically opens the door. She smiles at me "You came back. Did you forget something?" I'm out of breathe from running but I manage to say "yes. I did forget something". "What did you for-" she doesn't have a chance to finish because I pull her in for a kiss. We both melt into the kiss. After a moment we both pull away with smiles and blushes. "Goodnight Jo. Until next time". "Goodnight" she smiles, looks back and walks inside. I walk away smiling to my car.
"I can't wait until our next date."
