The birds chirp. The wolves howl.
Why can't I be like the rest of them? Beautiful. Free. Free food. Free water.
It's just not fair. But here I am. An awakened therian. I run in the woods with my new friend. We run along the river. Up the mountains. Were free. This is paradise. But it's not always easy. Just know that. Beware the bears. Beware the creature that lurks at night. Somewhere is a mystery. We may never know what. But it'll always remain the mystery of Dark Oakland forest. The fall leaves rustle under the rain. The jack'o'lanterns are out. It's Halloween. The day where I can be myself.
