Sadira in all of her wickedness and cat like boredom, needed something more exciting in her life than her new scam at an orphanage and shelter for widows and runaways in the northern mountains. She longed for the adventures that she used to partake in with Mozenrath when she was younger. Life was just so boring now and with former enemies and friends occasionally resurfacing at the orphanage and shelter, she just didn't know what to do with herself. Such a boring life, and such painful, trivial, resentful arguments frequently arising at an Agrabah child or widow's discovery of her work there.
It was on the day after Aladdin discovered her scam at the orphanage, and wound up living in her neighborhood, ironically taken in by Abnor Mal, that she plotted to begin using black magic and the corrupt use of Ewe Voodoo as a disguise to begin luring away the children of Agrabah visiting the northern mountains to secret rituals at Dagger Rock.
